Newer property. Excellent for business accommodation.
Too far from the beach
Brisney and Ramon were great, otherwise this property is not good at all.
We put in a request to check in early when we booked, and we called the day before checking in and they told us to come to the property when we got to town and they’d see if they could accommodate us. When we got there around 10am, they then told us they don’t accomodate early check in until after 12:30, and that we could call and see if a room was ready. We called at 12:30 and the same woman told us she’d message housekeeping and call us if a room was ready, but we never got a call. When we finally got there at 4pm for regular check in, the room was still not ready, but Brisney upgraded us to a pool view room so we could finally get into a room. Then on our checkout day they tried to come in at 9am to clean, so they obviously could’ve cleaned a room to accommodate our early check in if they wanted to.
The room was also fine, but the plugs by the bed didn’t work, the towels had brown stains, and the kitchen sink’s garbage disposal didn’t work so it stunk bad.
We will definitely not be staying here again.

I was so disappointed to learn that my favorite bartender Scott is no longer at the Tiki Bar behind the hotel. He was the main reason for my choice of hotels. I travel for business and will be searching for a new place. I always felt welcome and Scott’s exceptional service kept me loyal to Staybridge

What I liked most about Staybridge Suites was the cleanliness, the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, and that the room had everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The room is advertised for four people, but it only had dishes and utensils for three. Also, the sofa bed is very small and is not really suitable for two people unless they are young children. I think this should be made clearer in the room description.
