Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à l’Résidences Les Hauts de l’Indénié. Le personnel a été aux petits soins tout au long de mon séjour, avec une mention spéciale à Kouamé pour son accueil chaleureux et à Rose pour la qualité de sa cuisine, qui ont grandement contribué à rendre cette expérience très agréable.

Bon emplacement mais désordre indescriptible qui ne donne pas envie de revenir.
Pros:

Le petit dejeuner est sympa, ainsi que le personnel qui s'en occupe.
Emplacement au Plateau, bien situé.

Cons:

La chambre qu'on m'a donné n'était pas celle que j'avais réservée (chambre twins au lieu du studio familial).
La réceptionniste était incapable de retrouver la réservation Booking et son contenu : Il n'y a pas de communication / coordination entre les réservations Booking et l'hotel donc.
J'ai demandé à changé de chambres deux fois et par deux fois il y avait un souci : chambre déjà occupé (on a donc dérangé les occupants), et puis ensuite chambre qui ne correspondait pas à ce que j 'avais demandé.
On n'a voulu nous faire payer plus cher que le prix de la réservation Booking.
On n'a voulu nous faire payer les petits déjeuners alors qu'ils étaient inclus.
Le sol de la chambre était très sale (chaussettes noires au bout de 2 minutes).
Il y a une seule minuscule petite serviette alors que nous étions 4 dans la chambre.

La réception donne des informations totalement contradictoires. Des amis avaient une réservation et devaient nous rejoindre à l'hôtel en provenance de l'aéroport. Ils avaient pour cela réserver une navette. Mais à la réception ils nous ont dit qu'il n'y avait pas de navette... pourtant une navette attendait bien à l'aéroport... C'est dommage nous avions déjà commandé le Yango...

Il y a tellement de désordre et de choses qui ne vont pas. C'est dommage.

Le personnel est cependant courtois et disponible, bien que totalement perdu.

It was a good stay, the staff were friendly and we were somehow able to get along with my very limited spoken french.
Pros:

The property is clean and located in a good area.

Cons:

The restaurant seemed to be understaffed and therefore meals took too long to be prepared.

It was unpleasant and not memorable
Pros:

A few options in the buffet breakfast. Location was good and accessible but I could'nt get the shuttles from that location which were started by AfDB for their annual meeting to sofitel. The building and the rooms infrastructure is very old. Floor of the rooms and tiles of the washrooms were older and dirty. The Curtains in the room were old and dirty. The entrance of the hotel was not good. The sports courtyard was under construction. The way to the pool was through the laundry and working staff residence which was messy and wet. Their kitchen for lunch or dinner was not functional. They were keeping some readymade food in their fridge and was selling at a very higher prices.

Sehr freundliches Personal, angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Verhältnis Preis-Leistung hat mich überzeugt. Simples, sauberes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und heissem Wasser, Frühstück à la Carte ausreichend, Pool sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ich war mit allem zufrieden. Für den Preis bekommt man genügend
