Como un hogar
Pros:

Me gusto el diseño de la casa, te sientes genuinamente en guanajuato, muy cerca del callejon del beso y buena atencion del personal y el lugar esta bien cuidado

Cons:

todo me agrado, solo considera que son muchas escaleras, subidas y bajadas y no pueden entrar autos grandes, solo puedes llegar en taxi y dejar tu auto en el otro hotel sin costo

3. Llovió y se nos metió el agua en la habitación
4. La puerta de la habitación de lamina(súper calientes cuando les da el sol.

La situación, muy cerca del centro

Cons:

Aunque advierten de que no se puede llegar en coche y te permite dejar el vehículo en su otro hotel, no te facilitan el traslado y no es fácil llegar con maletas.
Teníamos contratado desayuno, pero como debíamos irnos antes del horario y no nos dieron nada para llevar, pese a que lo advertimos al llegar

Excelente hotel todos muy amables el desayuno muy rico todo muy limpio me gustó todo de verdad aaaaaaa solo una grandes imágenes SUGERENCIA un ESPEJO grande en los cuartos ya q fuimos a una boda y el mini espejo del baño no ayudó de mucho de ahí en más ni una queja gracias ojalá lo tomen en cuenta

Would stay again. Overlooks the whole city!
Pros:

Great hotel with delicious complimentary breakfast overlooking the city! Comfortable bed and room. The front desk team was very nice.

Cons:

The other guests can be a little loud, so if you’re a light sleeper ask about staying in a room farther from the main street. The hotel is also only accessible by foot. You can be dropped off at the road but then need walk and take some stairs to get to the hotel. The WiFi was not strong enough for me to work in my room, I had to go work by the front desk in their meeting room.
