Great Stay at Fern Residency, Jaipur!
Strating from the room, we got upgraded to Suite Room which was great experience in itself!
Special thanks to people at kitchen and people serving the food.
They cater our need for specific baby food that we needed for out toddler!
Chef Santosh was always a delight to fulfill those requests!
Saniya, Priya and Rohit were exceptionally great with their overall sevice while serving the food and helping with the baby!
Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend for anyone traveling to jaipur!

The stay was pleasant and both our breakfast and dinner were included in our plan. The food was really good. Just one suggestion that the size of the rooms are comparatively small compared to other 4 star hotels. All the staffs were extremely polite and helpful . Thank you

A dinner party for approx 60 persons was organised at the banquet hall of Hotel "FERN RESIDENCY", Govind Marg, Jaipur on 21st August 2026.
It is to put on record that the hotel administrative staff has been outstanding and beyond Expectations in terms of Hospitality, courteous, exhibiting high standards of personal conduct which speaks volumes on their training and professionalism, due to which they win hearts of whoever comes in contact.
Not to forget a Special mention for Mr Chandrbhan ji, Manager, Food & Beverages and his excellant team comprising of Mr Abhishek Pandey, FNB executive, Mr Santosh, Floor Mgr alongwith Mr Vikash Singh with others working at back end while meticulously following instructions passed to them.
Further to add icing on the cake was the super delicious mouth watering delicacies prepared by the professional chefs, stole the show and made the guests nostalgic as there were volumes of praises on the same.
Apropos, I would like to convey THANKS from bottom of my heart to Mr Chandrbhan ji, (Mgr FNB) and the entire fraternity of "FERN RESIDENCY" and further STRONGLY recommend everyone to feel privileged and pampered while enjoying the facilities at the Hotel. "SAYONARA"👍💐

Pague la habitación online. Y cuando llegue al hotel para hacer el check-in me volvieron a cobrar la habitación de nuevo. Y al llegar a la habitación, no estaba del todo limpia. Las papeleras estaban llenas de residuos de los anteriores viajeros. Ante tal indignación, me cambiaron de habitación y me dieron una suite. No necesitaba hospedarme en una suite, como viajero lo que quiero es que todo esté en orden y no tener “problemas” porque hay personas que en su momento no han hecho bien su trabajo. Han pasado 10 días y todavía no he recibido el reembolso por haberme cobrado la habitación 2 veces.
