Exceeded my expectations
Pros:

Exceeded my expectations. Close to airport, affordable, clean, exceptionally quiet room (very important to me), more space than I expected, good breakfast, and very nice staff. I only stayed one night, but the room was well equipped for a longer stay.

Poor customer service
Pros:

Good price and comfortable room.

Cons:

Customer service the night I checked in was very poor. The woman on staff was not very polite or helpful. I had issues with my reservation at 1:30am in the morning and she basically said I needed to contact booking.com. She didn’t even have their contact information. I had to sit in the lobby for 45 minutes with my young son until a booking.com call center agent fixed my problem.

Pros:

The suite had an excellent layout. In a perfect word the room would have had two private sleeping areas, one common space.

Cons:

The elevator was FAR from the entrance. I wasn't a huge deal but could have been more convenient.

The room was clean but had a musty smell. Maybe the couches needed to be cleaned. Overall the room was comfortable and the beds, kitchenette, and bathroom were very clean.
