The quality of fittings in washroom, the blinds fell on my head while bathing.

Lived here for 3 weeks and had an outstanding experience. Honestly didn’t want to leave. From the set-up with Praisie to the front desk with Grace to the incredible breakfast with Mr. Tee to the rooms in excellent condition and daily cleaning by Pun Pun. All incredible. The gym is wonderful to have - nice view of the city while you exercise, clean and water supplied. The pool was nice and the bar was hospitable. Loved it all. Can’t say enough good. Free shuttle to Old Town twice a day but also right near the staging area for Grab so it’s easy to get around.
Superb hotel in a central shopping location. Loads to see nearby like Elephants, Tigers etc.
Mr Tee in the restaurant was staple of great hospitality, and a good laugh.
The hotel is great value and all facilities clean and useful. Rooms were spacious and laundry service impeccable.

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Chao Fah Phuket. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, and offers excellent facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile.

Beautiful pool, good gym. Location was ok, fairly close to Phuket old town. Room was big, aesthetic and clean. Friendly lovely staff. Breakfast was buffet style on the weekend (Friday) when we stayed and à la carte on weekdays - breakfast orders took 20+ minutes to cook some pancakes.
Room had no smart TV, only normal TV. Couldn’t connect my Netflix account even with Android mirror cast.
