Pros:

Struttura veramente molto bella, in zona centrale con parcheggio gratuito proprio sulla strada. Lo staff molto gentile, la camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione molto varia e abbondante.
Lo consiglio e sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Ferrara, tornerei in questa struttura

Il fatto che era facilissimo sentire ogni minimo rumore prodotto dalla stanza accanto, la doccia aveva una fessura e perdeva acqua, le tende risultavano molto sporche

Soggiorno perfetto, ottima accoglienza e colazione eccellente.
Pros:

Abbiamo trovato uno staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Viaggiando con una bimba piccola, abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la loro attenzione e il supporto ricevuto, aspetti tutt’altro che scontati. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e ordinata, con un letto molto comodo. Ottima anche la colazione, con un’ampia varietà di proposte dolci e salate, dolci freschi, frutta fresca e un caffè espresso davvero eccellente. Un soggiorno molto piacevole, che consigliamo sicuramente!

Cons:

Unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda la doccia: la pressione dell’acqua era piuttosto bassa, soprattutto la sera, e la temperatura non sempre sufficientemente calda. Non sappiamo se possa dipendere dall’utilizzo contemporaneo di più docce, ma è un aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato.

It was a great base to explore from and restful to return to; hope to visit again - highly recommend
Pros:

Really excellent staff - friendly and efficient staff; easy walking distance to centre; fabulous breakfast bar.

Cons:

Pity the lift broke down - but I could have asked for help with my suitcase. Not a huge problem.

Pros:

L'accoglienza al desk eccezionale e professionale (complimenti alla persona dedicata ai check in, cortese e professionale). Colazione ricca e servita in anticipo su mia richiesta

Cons:

La stanza era molto piccola, non era presente una macchinetta per il caffè, una luce in camera era fulminata e non vi era neanche un tavolino per poggiare il PC.
