非常棒！
Pros:

酒店地理位置优越，工作人员服务态度热情周到礼貌。 特别是六楼餐厅环境优美舒适，有室内区和室外区，早餐丰富。 特别感谢前台一位女士在我们离开的时候一直在门口站着陪我们等到出租车来。

Cons:

洗澡下水道出水很慢，我们几乎是停一会洗一会，怕水溢出去搞坏了木地板。

Prima verblijf met erg vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

De ligging en de fijne kamer.

Cons:

Wij hadden een kamer de 5e verdieping en het restaurant is op de 6e. Er was vroeg in de ochtend toch wel geluidsoverlast van het klaarmaken van het ontbijt. Daarnaast was het (westerse) ontbijt erg eentonig en weinig keuze.

Comfortable & well priced hotel with amazing customer service.
Pros:

We love this hotel as it looked after us so well. The stay is very comfortable and the staff amazingly friendly. The breakfast buffet is really good. Goes without saying the value for money is incredible. It’s also well located and easy access to Thamel for all our needs.

Cons:

Nothing much we can think of.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at
Pros:

This is the best place I have stayed at to date. Sabina, Kishan and all other staff really made our experience in Kathmandu exceptional. They went out of their way to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday and made it an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed food and drinks in the restaurant twice, with wonderful food and people. All other facilities were also great, from the room to the breakfast. We cannot thank the team enough and would love to stay with you again if we’re lucky enough to return.

I paid extra for a heritage room, to get a balcony, but it looked out on a brick wall so was disappointed.
