Pros:

This hotel is great, the staff seem just like family and their hospitality is phenomenal. I would recommend going there. It is 5 mins from Taksim square. Rooms are spacious. The main reason i am writing is because of our receptionist Mr. Semih Tut. He is a true gentleman and a gem of a person. Best guide and a true friend. 10/10 for the staff.

Cons:

The sofa accommodation is a bit small for sleeping.

Pros:

The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good although quite basic. Great location for exploring the city centre, close to Taksim square and Istiklal pedestrian street with all the shops. Quiet enough given it is so close to the busy tourist area.

Cons:

The aircon was too loud, so had to switch it off. Still it was not hot for July and no bad smell in the room (which is a big deal for me). The door lock was not very secure so I would not leave valuable stuff in the room.

Pros:

Приветливый персонал, неплохое состояние номера. Завтрак по сравнению с соседним Endless Suits заметно скромнее, но тоже вполне хорош за такую цену проживания.

Pros:

Персонал приятный и вежливый. Вечером можно посидеть на балконе, но стулья требуют ремонта, как и номер.

The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The cupboard was too small, sofa bed wasn't comfy and the AC was serving the whole suite and you can't control it. The fridge door was broken.

A small hotel that even though not the fanciest, has a cozy environment and stellar staff.
Pros:

The staff are great. Semih displayed great hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond to create a pleasant and welcoming environment during my stay.

Cons:

Most of the machines and equipment in the gym are broken.
