Pros:

Quite hotel with excellent views from room balconies

Cons:

Breakfast is poor. I booked a suite and the images in booking.com didnt meet the reality ( talking about the sofas which were not there in reality), when asked the staff they said we removed the sofas and no more sofas ( as if they are telling you take it as it is). Bidet was leaking water. No ash tray in balcony and when asked house keeping they said we dont have and suddenly one day before check out they kept one in the balcony.

Excellent experience with outstanding hospitality
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Gudauri Inn. The hotel has a great location with beautiful mountain views. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well soundproofed, which made our stay very relaxing. We also appreciated the bathroom being equipped with a bidet spray (handheld bidet/shattaf), which is a very useful convenience for many travelers. A special thank you to Kristine and the support team, who were exceptionally kind, professional, and welcoming. They assisted us with changing our reservation dates, offered flexible check-in, and even provided a free room upgrade, which greatly improved our experience.

The breakfast experience was inconsistent. On Sunday, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. However, on Monday, the selection was much more limited and did not offer the same variety or quality. We hope the hotel can maintain a consistent breakfast standard every day.

Excellent location, clean facilities and accommodating staff. I would stay again.

The staff were very accommodating. They offered me a free upgrade to a room with a wonderful view of the mountains. The spa, with its pool, jacuzzi and sauna command a spectacular view of the valley and adjacent mountains.

موقعه وقربه من أغلب الأماكن ويوجد سوبرماركت قريب منه وإطلالته خرافية ما شاء الله

أولاً لا يوجد مكيف بالغرف مما يجبرك لفتح الباب المطل على الجبل وإزعاج فضيع في الليل صوت كلاب وأيضاً اذا اغلقت الباب العزل ضعيف جداً وأيضاً يوجد ريحة صرف فضيعة في دورة المياه وانتم بكرامة ، ثانياً تعامل الموظفين ونظراتهم لك مزعجة تماماً، ثالثاً كان عندي مناسبة خاصة مدفوعة من قبلي وتم إفادتي بترقية غرفتي لغرفة أفضل إضافة الى التمتع بالسبا الخاص بهم اكتشفت خلال اقامتي ليومين أن السبا مغلق 😂 أي أنهم لعبوا علي 😅 رابعاً لا يوجد شخص يحمل عنك الشنط انت تحملها بنفسك اذا معاك اكثر من شنطة كان الله في عونك ، الإفطار محدود وليس متنوع وطلبتهم كذا مرة كاسات ورق مع الأسف يتم إفادتي بأنها خلصت ، باختصار في نظري لا يستحق 5 نجوم اطلاقاً
