Over all avoid if not really necessary
Pros:

View from room

Cons:

Staff was bit rude., there was some renovation work going on , only single lift which was not working., breakfash was not upto mark of standards., staff was not co operative and had to call manager to drop our luggage to room as room was on 4th floor and lift was not working., indoor pool was only advantage

استقبال سيء الموظفه كانت تدخن برا ونا ناطرها بعدها دخلت تسولف بالتلفون بحدود 5 دقايق ونا واقف قدامها بعدين خذت جوازي وقاعد تنافخ. طريق الفندق الشارع مكسر. الاثاث مخدش والطوفه ايضا. باب الغرفه الخارجي يطيح لما تمسكه والستاره بلياله تفتح لان الكلبسات تعلق ومافي مكيف و البلكونه مشبوكه مع جيرانك بس في حاجز حديد ومافي طارد للحشرات بس حاطين ببلكونة حمام السباحه .سألت النادل عن كوب قهوه لان كلهم وصخين قال مافي قهوه حاليا وحرفيا كانت قدامه رحت خذيت كوب العصير وصبيت فيه قهوه لان الاخ ماله خلق ينظف. فعلا مريب .و الرسبشن تقول سوينالك ابقريد حطيناك بالمبنى الجديد على اساس مو انا مختار ودافع؟؟؟ مدري شلون مصنفينه 5 نجوم فندق نجمتين واجد عليه عشان مطل عالجبل فقط. طبعاً ابن امك تنام على المخده راح يصكك دسك بالفقره السادسه

Terrible reception. The staff member was smoking outside while I was waiting for her. When she finally came inside, she stayed on the phone talking for about 5 minutes while I was standing right in front of her. Then she took my passport while huffing and puffing with an attitude.
The road to the hotel is completely broken up.
The room had scratched furniture and walls. The outer door handle/door falls off when you touch it, and the curtains barely open because the clips get stuck. There is no air conditioning. The balcony is shared with the neighbors with only a metal barrier separating them, and there is no insect repellent provided anywhere except on the pool balcony.
At breakfast/restaurant, I asked the waiter for a coffee cup because all the available ones were dirty. He claimed there was no coffee available, even though the pot was sitting right in front of him. I had to take a juice glass and pour coffee into it myself just because he was too lazy to clean a cup. Very shady and bizarre behavior.
To top it off, the receptionist told me, "We upgraded you to the new building"—as if I hadn't already chosen and paid for that exact room!
I have no idea how this place is rated 5 stars.

פשוט נוף מושלם

הצוות של המלון בקבלה היה עויין
היה קר בחדר
היה ריח חריף של צבע בחדרים ומסדרון של המלון
והג’קוזי היה מאוד מלוכלכך. הכוונה המים שבג’קוזי לא הוחלפו כנראה המון זמן ולא נקי.

Pros:

Quite hotel with excellent views from room balconies

Cons:

Breakfast is poor. I booked a suite and the images in booking.com didnt meet the reality ( talking about the sofas which were not there in reality), when asked the staff they said we removed the sofas and no more sofas ( as if they are telling you take it as it is). Bidet was leaking water. No ash tray in balcony and when asked house keeping they said we dont have and suddenly one day before check out they kept one in the balcony.

Excellent experience with outstanding hospitality
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Gudauri Inn. The hotel has a great location with beautiful mountain views. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well soundproofed, which made our stay very relaxing. We also appreciated the bathroom being equipped with a bidet spray (handheld bidet/shattaf), which is a very useful convenience for many travelers. A special thank you to Kristine and the support team, who were exceptionally kind, professional, and welcoming. They assisted us with changing our reservation dates, offered flexible check-in, and even provided a free room upgrade, which greatly improved our experience.

The breakfast experience was inconsistent. On Sunday, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. However, on Monday, the selection was much more limited and did not offer the same variety or quality. We hope the hotel can maintain a consistent breakfast standard every day.
