Excellent in many ways, yet really disappointing given the lack of ability to get some sleep.
Pros:

Location great. Food was excellent. Rooms spotlessly clean and well appointed. Staff excellent.

Cons:

Staying in Room 1 - there is an extractor unit or motor for some device that starts up every 4 minutes through the night. This runs for 30+ seconds and echo’s through the room making it impossible to get any decent sleep. Disappointing given the cost of the room compared to other equally good options in Tenby

Ironman Wales weekend
Pros:

Our room was roomy and comfortable. Teas, coffees and biscuits were replenished every morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the restaurant food was of a very high standard with large portions, perfect after supporting the Ironman athletes all day! 👌

Nothing. Enjoyed the whole weekend

Couldn’t recommend this fab place enough!!
Pros:

The property was immaculate. The rooms were much bigger than we expected. Staff were so accommodating and actually allowed us to check in early due to needing to get ready for a wedding. Overall a fab stay!!

Exceeded expectations - spacious, clean & modern, central location and friendly staff
Pros:

Just exactly what we needed. Main bed was a large, generous size and mattresses were perfect - we all got a good night's sleep Everything was easy, room was well stacked with water and multiple coffees and teas, etc. Rooms were sizeable, bathroom was modern and shower was high pressure. Heard nothing from the restaurant / bar two floors or so below us. We ate in the bar / restaurant there in the evening - food was great, portions were generous, staff were helpful and hard working and we thought it was decent value for money. The accommodation is very central and very close to the beach. We enjoyed it

Cons:

Not a big issue but a couple of guys presumably working in the street opposite made a right noise speaking loudly (basically shouting) soon after 8am on a Saturday morning, which we could hear and could have done without!
