Overall, a disappointing stay with poor housekeeping and service, despite some friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and professional, especially Mohammed, who provided excellent service and always had a welcoming smile.

Cons:

The room did not match my Booking.com reservation, cleanliness was below expectations, and the curtains were visibly dirty. Housekeeping starts quite late, and used towels were often removed without being replaced, requiring repeated calls to reception.
