Hôtel propre, stylé et bien équipé à environ 30 minutes de Düsseldorf
Pros:

War ok, geht aber besser
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war super.

Cons:

Matratzen in 213 eine Katastrophe. Man liegt mit dem Po in einer Kuhle, so alt und ausgeleiert sind die Matratzen - geht gar nicht. Und bei so einem Hotel sollte der Service so weit gehen, dass zumindest Kaffee-oder Tee auf dem Zimmer angeboten wird.

Pros:

Nachdem wir im Nebengebäude des Hotels vergeblich die Rezeption gesucht hatten, haben wir irgendwann das Hauptgebäude entdeckt. Hier wurden wir dann beim Check-in freundlich begrüßt. Nach Ankunft im Zimmer stellten wir Flecken auf dem Bettlaken fest, und teilten dies auch der Dame am Empfang mit. Sie meinte nur, das Housekeeping seie nicht mehr da und eventuell könne sie uns ein neues Laken geben, welches wir natürlich selbst beziehen sollten. Also wir am Abend nach Rückkehr ins Hotel den jungen Mann fragten, ob er etwas davon wüsste, verneinte er, jedoch stellten wir fest, dass das Laken getauscht wurde.
Am Morgen wurden wir durch das Housekeeping geweckt, da diese einfach unsere Zimmertür öffneten. Das geht überhaupt nicht!
Um noch etwas Positives zu sagen: Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig und das Personal sehr freundlich und auf Zack, es wurde immer umgehend aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Bessere Beschilderung des Hotels und des Parkplatzes vom Hauptgebäude.
Housekeeping kommt Morgens einfach ins Zimmer!
Badewanne als Dusche, für ältere Personen könnte der Einstieg schwierig werden.

Pros:

Sehr aufmerksamer Rezeptionist, der uns ein barrierefreies Zimmer gegeben hat, als er gesehen hat, daß meine Frau z. Zt. auf Krücken angewiesen ist.
Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr großzügig

Cons:

Die Hotelbar war zu keiner Zeit besetzt.
