Lovely hotel stay, shame about breakfast staff.
Pros:

Stunning hotel, very clean.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a tv in the room. The breakfast lady was very rude and not welcoming at all, felt very rushed and was not polite to my partner.

Enjoyable enough for the 1 night.
Pros:

The room is really nice, shower a little tiny, however, it's unfair to mark the satisfaction down because the room is really beautifully designed.

Cons:

There is no a/c, but there is a semi working fan. It still is remarkably hot and you will end up very dehydrated. That's just sadly a fact.

Goods outweigh the bad but needs some attention to detail have some excellent staff who go above and beyond
Pros:

Some fantastic staff.. Helen in bar/restaurant must be highlighted as exceptional.
Quiet location
Good food, give advance notice for food intolerances and will help
Dog friendly

Cons:

Beds exceptionally uncomfortable.
Self catering unit not very well set up with crockery & when asked for didn’t arrive.

Getting a little battered & “tired”

Das ist ein tolles Hotel am Rande eines Golfplatzes. Die Umgebung ruhig und grün, das Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer prima, Frühstück ebenfalls, Parkplätze genug.
