Pros:

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Austria & Bosna. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located in a peaceful area surrounded by nature. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained.

I would especially like to praise the reception staff, who made our stay truly exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment we arrived until our departure, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail made us feel valued and at home.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh food, and the entire hotel staff was kind and attentive throughout our stay.
I highly recommend Hotel Austria & Bosna to anyone visiting Sarajevo. If you’re looking for excellent service, outstanding hospitality, and a relaxing atmosphere, this is the perfect place to stay. We will definitely be coming back!

مكان واطلالة الفندق فقط

للاسف من اسوأ التجارب لنا في الفنادق
تعامل موظفين الفندق والاستقبال غير احترافي وغير متعاون
كان هناك اكثر من مشكلة في الغرف مثل خلل في الشاور ومشكلة في السرير ولم يتم حل المشكلة في الغرفه او ايجاد غرفه بديله لحين حل المشكله الا بعد ثلاثة ايام واخيرا قامو بصيانه بسيطه ولم يوجد اي اعتذار او تحمل للمسؤولية من قبل الفندق.
نظافة الغرف سيئة، وخدمة تنظيف ضعيفة، ودائما هناك بقع على المناشف، واغراض دورة المياه الاستهلاكية دائما ناقصة وحين ابلاغ خدمة الغرف لتغيرها يتم المماطله والحاجه الى الالحاح عليهم لتغيير اساسيات الغرفه، في النهاية للاسف التعامل غير احترافي ابدا ولا يصل حتى لفندق ثلاثة نجوم بعيدا عن الخمس نجوم.

Cons:

Desayuno básico, para nada corresponde a un hotel de 5 estrellas.
Hay una terraza para poder desayunar fuera y no te dejan, además te hacen entar dentro de malas formas.
Camareros no hablan inglés.
Llegamos al hotel antes del check inn y pedimos si nos dejaban darnos un baño en la piscina para hacer tiempo, nos lo negaron de mala forma.
Almohadas en la cama dos y justas, no hay almohadas extras.

Ne volim davati ovakve ocjene, ali u ovom slučaju moram biti iskrena. Nažalost, naš boravak nije bio onakav kakav smo očekivali.

Tuš u sobi nije radio ispravno, a cijela soba imala je jak miris cigareta, kao da se dim uvukao u zidove. Krevet je bio čist, ali kauč, pod i kupaonica nisu bili dovoljno uredni te se posvuda mogla primijetiti prljavština.

Za hotel s 5 zvjezdica i cijenu koju smo platili u Sarajevu očekivali smo znatno viši standard. U usporedbi s drugim smještajima u gradu, za isti ili čak niži iznos, moguće je pronaći puno kvalitetniji smještaj.

Na kraju smo ostali razočarani i smatramo da ovaj hotel ne opravdava svoju kategoriju ni cijenu.

The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and professional. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, they were always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, and their kindness made a real difference. I truly appreciate their excellent service and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

كان موظفو الفندق في غاية الترحيب والود والاحترافية. منذ لحظة وصولي وحتى تسجيل المغادرة، كانوا دائمًا مستعدين للمساعدة بابتسامة. بذلوا كل ما في وسعهم لجعل إقامتي مريحة وممتعة، وكان لطفهم واهتمامهم محل تقدير كبير. أشكرهم على الخدمة الممتازة وحسن الضيافة، وأوصي بهذا الفندق بكل ثقة، وسأكون سعيدًا بالإقامة فيه مرة أخرى

Excellent stay! The room was clean and very comfortable. The reception staff truly stood out. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel genuinely welcome from the first moment. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
