The rooms were clean.
The staff was unfriendly and very unorganized.
Comfy beds, good water pressure in shower, functioning thermostat, good breakfast, very clean.
When went up to our room, door was ajar, flet uncomfortable at that time.

- While taking shower in the morning we realized that shampoo, conditioner and body soap reservoirs were empty, so it could be easily avoided by review properly supplies checked / refilled during readiness checklist
Room was comfortable and good size.
The staff seemed very overwhelmed. Our key didn't work, the gentlemans answer to that was to give me a Master key for the night. Said they were changing software and that was the problem. Made me uncomfortable and wondering how many other guests had a master key and could have entered our room.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for a volleyball tournament. The first room that we were given was dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky. The shower had mold in it and there was no stopper in the bathroom sink. Also, there was only one towel in the bathroom. The room had not been prepared for quests. We were moved to another room. The refrigerator and microwave were missing. We were told that some rooms had them and others didn’t even though they are listed as amenities on the website. Told us we would have to put our refrigerated items in the hotel refrigerator. They would not move us to another room. The man at the desk said that he was the manager. He offered a $30 per night refund which we accepted.
The next day housekeeping only left hand towels, no bath towels. Had to argue with front desk to get bath towels. On evening before check out there was a water leak from the room above us so there was quite a bit of water on the bathroom floor. We tried to get towels to clean it up and again had to argue to get them. They sent a maintenance man to clean the mess. Later that night it was discovered that the carpet by the bed was also wet. Upon check out, there was no #30 per night refund on our final bill and we were told that the manager would have to do that and we were given a phone number to call. We called and got Mr Robert Wood, Regional Director of Sales. He acted horrified and assured me he would issue a full refund in 3-5 business days. That didn’t happen. I called him back in one week and he told me that he had turned it over to the hotel manager and he would let me know when that had been done. I never heard from him. I tried to call one week later. He didn’t answer so I left a message. Called the hotel to speak to the manager, was put on a lengthy hold, no one ever answered. Tried to call numerous times. They pick up the phone but won’t answer. Neither the manager or Regional Director of Sales honored their word in regard to resolving this issue. The issue is still unresolved. In general, this is property is very rundown and very poorly managed.
That they allowed me to check in Late because I was coming from 6 hours away and we couldn’t make it to regular check in. We didn’t arrive until 3 am
That they have a $150 deposit now. Never had I seen it so high and I travel a lot

No fridge for medication. Medications given to reception staff to refrigerate but when collected in the morning was room temperature. The room was different to the one I booked.
The pool was dirty all the building smells bad and when we got to our room bathroom looks like it wasn’t clean
