Basic, but comfy. Ideal for a stop gap
Pros:

Loved that it was in the centre of town. Beds were comfy, and we were able to get more pillows and a towel.
Staff were friendly.
Great security too.
It's dog friendly too

Cons:

We couldn't turn down the temp in our room.

The coffee machine wasn't working haha!
I thought it was a bit pricey for a windowless room, but it was practical for us.

This hotel is cramped with tiny jail cells, rather called a hotel. Double bed is just a joke. Uncomfortable mattresses.

Simple, clean, so useful for overnight stay
Pros:

Location fine in centre. Building easy to recognise.
Cleanliness, simplicity.
Would use again.
Used after a choir concert at St Peters on the Waterfront

Cons:

Perhaps just some clearer signage needed inside, finding route through doors from 1st floor room to reception/ way out. A map of Ipswich inside showing main places, route to train station, quayside would be useful ( unless I missed seeing it)!
