Very satisfied with the stay at this place
Pros:

Clean hotel with plenty of room space for family of four. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is about good 15 mins walk from the Tokyo station ( Although nothing that hotel staff can do about it) so walking with the luggage all the way back and forth from Tokyo station can be exhausting.

Pros:

Centrally located with easy access to metro and within walking distance to major attractions. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, helping to answer our questions, especially when sending our luggage to Osaka so that we could travel light. The room was cleaned everyday with towel service changed daily, which was key for a family of four.
