We were a family of 3 visiting Tokyo end of August. The check in staff were friendly and attentive. They even helped me
Pros:

Family oriented property. The staff were all kind and helpful.

Cons:

I wish at least one bed was bigger than twin. The AC makes a whooshing noise so we couldn’t put the fan level high but it was ok at night as we though of it like a sound machine.
