Breakfast was supposed to be included. No eggs, no breakfast meat however one of the workers when leaving had a plate to go with bacon and eggs hanging out while not one of the customers had the opportunity to get eggs because they states their stove was broken. Disappointed

Ice machine on 3rd floor wasn’t working. No hair dryer in room as advertised, in the king suite the door to bedroom only opened a third of the way before sticking on carpet, no housekeeping services available people after 7:30 pm. No restaurant or cafe on property site.

Pros:

Are you KIDDING me with the $250 pet fee?!?! Our dogs are 25 pounds added together and we never take our eyes off them. How can you justify it? I’ve NEVER paid more than $75. Not staying at Staybridge again.

I love the scenery and how many convenient and restaurants where close by.

Cons:

I didn't like having to pay for Parking at the hotel, luckily it was the weekend and the meters in the area was free.

I really enjoyed my stay very quiet and relaxing.

It was only one elevator working and in the laundry room, had several washers was out of order .
