Pros:

Buona la dimensione delle stanze. La colazione abbastanza buona

Cons:

Il personale poco friendly e sempre all'apparenza scocciato. La pulizia era a dir poco imbarazzante. Bagno, moquette della camera, moquette dei corridoi erano sporchi. La camera è stata rifatta solo 2 volte in una settimana.

Not the wowing experience that I've gotten in the past to make me want to keep coming back.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The young lady that made sure everything was set up properly and never let anything run out was amazing. She was more friendlier than the front desk staff. Ex felt for the lady that at the front counter in Sunday when I checked out.

Cons:

The front desk staff was rude. Being that this is a non cash facility I called before hand to get the price of the room to put on a card. I was given one price, got to the facility was told it was going to be another price. After traveling to get there I then had to leave and go add more money to the card only to get back to the hotel to be told by the next shift worker that it was going to higher than what I was told. I was not about to leave and go put more money on the card because if that was the case I should have been told that upfront. The worker said it was because of parking. I get there is a fee for parking and I always pay for that and I specifically asked the guy before I left what was the total INCLUDING parking. He gave me a price, but by the time I got back he was gone and the lady that was there said his price didn't include parking and she was very rude about it. So much so to the point she was like well just park on the street. I wasn't parking my car on the street in down town Montgomery. Then the was no hot water the first day. This establishment also needs to let people know they have increased their incidental fees to $175 as well, per the gentlemen that told me the one price it changed in January that definitely needs to be reciprocated because the was part of the problem also. My total went from $460 to almost $700 by the time everything was said and done. If we weren't so tired and could have found another hotel on such short notice we wouldn't have stayed at all. Then the parking was in a remote lot behind the hotel, which was ok, but keep in mind I had already paid for parking so I asked if we could come back to the main lot and the lady was again very rude and said you can pay $23 I'm like I already paid i just want to come back to the main lot she said we'll either you pay the $23 or stay where you are.She said the remote parking was $15 she lied.

Pros:

I always stay here when I pick up.my daughter from ASU. Great location. So much to do and see in walking distance. The Hotel is very nice and clean. Always great customer service! 10/10.

Cons:

I didn’t like that they left 4 washcloths and four towels for six people. They wouldn’t give us more even after a two nights stay. We ran out of toilet paper . Rude front desk. Parking was in the getto. Overpriced for a two nights stay. Apparently regular parking was full by 6pm. They sold passes .

Didn't stay but excellent customer service
Pros:

I cancelled but the staff was really nice and was able to refund me I hope. I haven't gotten charged so Imma guess that's what happened and if so I truly appreciate it they were honestly so very nice the office staff there

Cons:

a cheaper deposit for non residents should be given

Good location, good breakfast for the price paid and free parking
Pros:

Breakfast, location and free parking. The breakfast was basic, but I was happy for the price paid. The breakfast at this SpringHill hotel was better than another SpringHill I stayed a few days ago.

Cons:

Bathroom set up was awkward. No sink inside to wash your hads after using the toilet. There was a separate sink outside. Limited space to put your clothes while showering.
