Overpriced for the lack of amenities stated.

Ice machine on 3rd floor wasn’t working. No hair dryer in room as advertised, in the king suite the door to bedroom only opened a third of the way before sticking on carpet, no housekeeping services available people after 7:30 pm. No restaurant or cafe on property site.

Pros:

Are you KIDDING me with the $250 pet fee?!?! Our dogs are 25 pounds added together and we never take our eyes off them. How can you justify it? I’ve NEVER paid more than $75. Not staying at Staybridge again.

I love the scenery and how many convenient and restaurants where close by.

Cons:

I didn't like having to pay for Parking at the hotel, luckily it was the weekend and the meters in the area was free.

I really enjoyed my stay very quiet and relaxing.

It was very clean and well staffed

Cons:

It was only one elevator working and in the laundry room, had several washers was out of order .

Pros:

Registered late at night, very friendly, helpful staff. Bed was comfortable and clean. Off street parking, safe and secure. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. Very comfortable room, bed .

Cons:

Our room had a large refrigerator. Immediately after entering, I discovered that it didn't work. I called the front desk to inform them. They said no one was there to fix it and would have to wait until next morning. 5:30 the next day, still had not been addressed. I went back to the front desk and told them. Immediately, they moved us to another room with a working (very well) refrigerator.

They should have done that in the first place!!

Overall, the issue was solved, but it took 24 hours and 2 complaints.

Overall it was a decent stay.
Pros:

Clean facilities, great breakfast.

Cons:

Some of the staff were rude and seemed extremely bothered if you asked questions or needed something for your room.
