Riverside Garden Resort

I was at this resort in 2010, and back then it was perfect. The slides, the pools, the breakfast, the vibe, everything. I guess everything was more colorful back then.

When I booked it again in 2026, I knew I wasn't going to get the same experience. But maybe, deep down, I wasn't really prepared for just how different it would feel.

The place feels a bit left on its own. You can tell they're maintaining the facilities, but regardless of how well you maintain something, once it's too old and worn out, there's only so much you can do. That was the issue with our room. The shower didn't drain properly, and the sink always looked dirty because it's simply old and probably needs replacing. Quite frankly though, I don't think they could do much better without major renovations.

I also think resorts like this just aren't as common anymore. Back when I came here as a kid, the average person was settling down and having children. Now people my age are backpacking through Southeast Asia trying to find themselves. People have fewer kids, and even if they do, who can afford spending a week at a resort in this economy?

Will I stay here again? Probably not. But not because it was so bad that I would avoid it at all costs. I'd simply like to try somewhere else next time.

Do I think it was worth the money? Not really. The breakfast was fine, but I kept comparing it to how I remembered it in 2010, and I couldn't help feeling disappointed.

Öncelikle otelin sunduğu hizmet, ödediğimiz ücretin çok daha üzerinde bir kaliteye sahipti. Fiyat/performans açısından bugüne kadar konakladığımız en başarılı otellerden biri diyebilirim. Tüm çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle misafir ilişkilerinde görev yapan, ismini ne yazık ki hatırlayamadığım hanımefendi, ilgisi, çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı ve samimi iletişimiyle tatilimize ayrı bir değer kattı.

Odamız, yataklar, banyo ve ortak kullanım alanları oldukça temizdi. Havuzların bakımı da düzenli yapılıyordu. Ancak oteli asıl özel kılan şey, muhteşem bahçesi ve atmosferiydi. Devasa bir alana yayılan yemyeşil bahçeler, büyük ağaçlar ve doğayla iç içe resort havası gerçekten huzur vericiydi. Bu kadar geniş ve özenle düzenlenmiş bir peyzajı korumanın ne kadar emek istediğini düşününce, gösterilen özen daha da takdir edilesi oluyor.

Otelde birden fazla büyük havuz, aquapark ve farklı dinlenme alanları bulunuyor. Eğer beklentiniz ultra lüks, tamamen kişiye özel VIP hizmetler ise belki farklı konseptte bir otel tercih edebilirsiniz. Ancak kaliteli, temiz, geniş olanaklara sahip, doğayla iç içe ve ailece keyifli bir tatil geçirmek istiyorsanız Riverside kesinlikle doğru adres. Aynı bütçeyle sıradan bir pansiyonda kalmak yerine, bu kadar büyük, bakımlı ve zengin olanaklara sahip bir resort otelde konaklamayı gönül rahatlığıyla tercih ederim. Biz çok memnun ayrıldık ve benzer bütçeyle tatil planlayan herkese içtenlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist groß, aber trotzdem wirkt alles gut organisiert und nicht überfüllt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der private Strand dort konnte man in Ruhe entspannen und das Meer genießen.
Auch das Essen war richtig lecker. Es gab jeden Tag eine gute Auswahl, und alles war frisch und geschmackvoll zubereitet.
Ein weiteres Highlight war der Blick auf die Berge. Morgens auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und diese ruhige Aussicht zu genießen, war einfach wunderschön. Insgesamt ist das Hotel perfekt, wenn man sich erholen und ein paar entspannte Tage verbringen möchte. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Amazing and fully equipped room with a nice balcony. The staff was great with us , plus the spa treatment was just great exactly what we all needed after a long flight.
