Das Hotel war echt schön. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt komplett stressfrei und angenehm. Der Service war auch gut und das Personal freundlich. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Oda rahat, havuzlar temiz, deniz de güzel. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Kahvaltı lezzetli.

Cons:

Rezervasyonu yaparken telefonda SPA dahil sadece masaj ekstra dendi, booking.comda da SPA dahil yazıyor ama gittiğimizde spa için ekstra ücret istendi.

Pros:

Mrs. Inanch Harper, the owner of the hotel, is very nice and respectful. She is unaware of the problems. The residence has a pleasant and green atmosphere. I have been a customer of this hotel for many years. I recently made a reservation through Booking (thank you) at a reasonable price.

Cons:

The receptionist, Ms. Fatima, is very rude, rude, and irresponsible.The opportunistic cleaning lady, Mrs. Fonda, does not control at all. They do not change the sheets, do not clean the toilet and bathroom, they wipe the floor and toilet with a wet cloth. The bathroom drain was blocked in most rooms.

Havuz çalışanları çok kötü usluba sahip azarlıyorlar sizi kesinlikle çok kötüler tekrar tercih etmem burayı odalar da düzgün temizlenmiyor

Харесаха ми басейните и зеленината, също така отношението на персонала в ресторанта и камериерките, бяха учтиви.

Cons:

На първо място не ми хареса храната. Ние имахме заплатена закуска и вечеря. Още първата вечер, като видяхме храната искахме да откажем вечерята и да ни върнат парите, но се сблъскахме с ужасно, пренебрежително отношение от рецепция. Боквално ни се скараха, че правим оплаквания и казаха ,че за да ни върнат парите трябвало да се свържем с вас от booking, писах ви но и вие не отговарихте.Второ имат само 1 ресторант ,а пише че имат 2.Трето в стайте има много счупени неща и хигиената е под всякаква критика. Касата на вратата ни се клатеше направихме оплакване ,но никой даже не дойде да провери.Сейф бокс няма. Няма аниматори нито музикална програма. А всичко това пише че се предлага като удобства.Общо взето сме много разочаровани и повече никога няма да го посетим.

Our room was clean.
The use of Sunas beach was nice.

Cons:

Long walk up and down lots of steps to reach our room. Very dated room but clean.
Milk for tea & coffee in the restaurant was absolutely awful so decided not to take the risk again. We even chose not to eat there due to our impressions of the hotel.
Spa was dark and dank and smelt very musty….certainly not a relaxing environment.
Only having 2 times to get the transport to the beach (10 and 12) and only one return at 5pm.
