We were so relieved on a long weekend to get this room! Facilities great. Only issue Booking.com said in reservation that breakfast was included. It was not and Booking.com needs to update this.

La colazione non corrisponde a quanto descritto nell’annuncio su Booking, agli ospiti viene dato un voucher che include un bagel con formaggio, un mini yogurt e una tazzina con frutta in pezzi. Si può scegliere tra caffe o succo (uno dei due). Ogni altro piatto generalmente offerto dalle colazioni continentali o USA (es. Uova, bacon, dolci di altro tipo) è da ordinare a parte, pertanto si tratta di una colazione parziale.
Clean sleek tons of restaurants and public transit.
The room was perfect (a suite) but the roooftop, as advertised on the website, was closed so no bar and even no access to sit there. BIG BUMMER!! The staff acted like they weren’t sure if you could just hang out up there, but did say the company running the bar left and they were looking at other options. There is no access! There is a small bar restaurant on the first floor as well but that was only open from 7am-11am for breakfast. You couldn’t even go and sit in there so there was hardly any common space to hang out and to be out of the room. Another BIG BUMMER. Have they lost their liquor license? 🤷🏼♀️
Overall the rooms were very nice but don’t go looking for much else like comfy sitting areas, a place for a glass of wine or something to eat. It isn’t there. We were super disappointed about that!
Easy, clean, beautiful building and views. About a 20-30 minute walk along the water, into downtown Boston.
The staff were super helpful and nice,
made check-in and check-out so easy. The rooms were so spacious and comfortable. The area was beautiful and so many local restaurants and coffee shops to try. The price of the rooms were very affordable, I do recommend booking a couple of months in advance, that way you could get a better deal. 10 out of 10 and when I’m back in the area, I will book the same hotel.

Location was excellent.
Breakfast was not really included, the fact I had to wait like 30 min for food didn’t like it. The room they gave me connected to another room,didn’t like that, bathroom was not that big. And when I got to my room had to call for thing that were missing in the bathroom. The rate for the valet parking was high but had no choice.
Very clean and was perfect spot between north Boston and seaport. Train station access across the street.

What a nice hotel! Just across the street from the Red Line station and 3 bus routes. My room w was clean and comfortable with a nice view of Boston. One unusual aspect, however, was the lack of a stopper for the bathroom sink. While you can't fill the sink, there's a pointless overflow! Very inconvenient.
Breakfast was also different. You are given vouchers upon check-in and breakfast is served to your table in the restaurant, not a buffet - you order from the a la carte menu. That's fine. But I was shocked when I asked for a little more coffee. My server responded, apologetically, that she would have to charge me for a refill. I've had breakfast in hotels throughout the US, Canada and even Europe and was never denied a coffee refill. Of course this hotel's greed backfired big-time as I went back to my room and made a free cup of coffee with the Keurig machine.
But, overall, this hotel gets high marks for its location and modern comforts
The hotel itself was nice, efficient, accommodating, and clean. It is centrally located and the room had a cool vibe. I will say that the breakfast experience was among the worst I’ve ever had in my 20 years of traveling. The first day, the chef vocally argued with the manager and I didn’t get my food after an hour.
Close to public transport
Not what we paid for- no roof top bar, no bar at all, no restaurant, no breakfast included, even though we had paid for it.
By far my worst experience on booking com to date. Very disappointing.
Booked for day use. Hotel was very clean and room was a nice size. Free WiFi. Check process was quick and front desk staff was helpful. Even calling up to let us know when other guests were leaving to take train going to the concert we were attending. Location was great. Short ride from the airport. In the downtown area in close proximity to other places I visited. The train stop is just across the street so east to get around.
The hotel is clean and centrally locted.
Pricing was on a higher side considering the services offered.
