Hôtel agréable.
Pros:

L’Hôtel et surtout la salle du petit déjeuner présentent beaucoup de charme avec un style ancien nordique en plein centre de la ville.
Très bien situé.

Cons:

La salle de bain est un peu triste.

Ok, men dyrt i forhold til standarden
Pros:

Hjælpsomt personale. God beliggenhed og meget god morgenmad med få men gode, veltillavede ting. Hotellet er lidt “slidt i kanten” og det ses flere steder. God seng.

Comfortable, well-located older style accommodation. Not objectionable but let down by the basics.
Pros:

The location (and friendly greeting at Reception) saves Hotel Hamlet. Proximity to train station, Kronborg Slot and ferry terminal are also positives. I would also say that the view from my particular room (reasonably proportioned) was great. Secure bicycle storage in a historic wine cellar is a plus.

Cons:

Wardrobe door in my room was not properly secured and came away when opened and the hand soap/body wash seemed to be watered down and a strange mix of different aromas, like it had been topped up and/or diluted. A reasonable attempt was made at breakfast but sadly it was cold. Storage of room servicing trolleys in upper lobby compromised available circulation space. By no means terrible and perhaps several of the "faults" are due to the historic/compact nature of the building.
