De De was welcoming, friendly and provided us all the info we needed at check in. Lobby has a cool vibe. Parking convenient. Rooms have funky modern vibe that makes a one night stay fun.

I did not agree with the price for the size of the room with no mini fridge you say we can purchase things like snacks late night but do not offer us to buy a beverage like a water bottle or pepsi I had to get a little cup of water while having to be on the 6th floor not smart
I loved the ambience of the lobby and the rooms were extremely simple and nice. The location wasn’t bad especially coming from the aquarium.
I didn’t like that the rooms didn’t have a small fridge or a place to go get ice.

Absolutely top notch property! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Rashmin until departure after 2 nights on a weekend, I do not have a single complaint only praises. Dean (who apparently is in a leadership role but you would never pick up on by the way he works hand in hand with the team and also offers epic customer service) we enjoyed reliable service and quality. I ended up needing more assistance/guidance than usual yet never felt for a single miner that I was a burden or a pain. Mad props to Alexis & Lorenz on that. Taylor went above and beyond to help me determine the best way to get a new suitcase after I broke mine. The maintenance staff is super awesome. I love that instead of every room having a broken fridge, they just bring you one when you ask for it and it actually works!
The location is phenomenal, everything I needed was pretty much in walking distance or a very short ride.
We have traditionally stayed at the Westin when in Atlanta, but without a doubt, this is our new go-to spot. The lobby has tons of games, seating, a pool table, and more. Like you can legitimately hang out in the lobby meet people and have a great time without it feeling like a cheesy Hotel bar experience. Absolutely everyone working at this property surpassed and exceeded expectation. We did not want for a single thing. It felt like a total resort experience, but not stuffy resort and not trashy resort, just a perfect blend of accommodations, amenities, service, and experience. Don’t miss out on the excellent pool and pool bar. Even if you don’t have any plans to swim or whatever the vibe up there is everything. I just can’t say enough good things. We are still talking about it 2 days later and telling everyone who will listen what an awesome spot it is!
