Pros:

Value was incredible good. Safe neighborhood near some temples

Cons:

It's about 20 minutes from the city center. The room is rather small. And the shoes cabinet and that hallway smell really bad

Pros:

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement situé à côté de plusieurs lignes de bus, plusieurs magasins pour faire ses courses.
Le ramassage des poubelles tous les jours.
Le lave linge.

Cons:

Le logement n est pas adapté pour y manger, nous sommes 5 avec 3 enfants, le soir après une longue journée de marche nous préférons dîner au logement, le frigo est minuscule, peu d ustensiles pour cuisiner, pas de place à table pour 5.
Deux lits doubles et un lit simple dans la même pièce ainsi que les valises, du coup peu de place.

Mixed experience during our stay
Pros:

Como aspectos positivos, las camas eran cómodas y el sistema para secar toallas y ropa resultó muy práctico, especialmente para quienes viajan en familia. También nos gustó que hubiera juegos de mesa disponibles para los huéspedes, lo que fue un bonito detalle y una buena opción para pasar el tiempo al llegar al hotel.

Cons:

En general, nuestra experiencia no fue tan práctica ni cómoda para una familia. Nos costó mucho subir las maletas, ya que el edificio no tiene ascensor y nuestro alojamiento estaba en el cuarto piso.

El personal tampoco nos pareció especialmente amable. Al finalizar nuestra estadía quisimos pedir un taxi grande para ir al aeropuerto, pero nos informaron que debía reservarse con dos días de anticipación. Creemos que esa información debería estar claramente indicada en el mural donde aparece el contacto del servicio de taxi.

Además, la televisión no funcionaba y no había un lugar adecuado para guardar la ropa, como un clóset o armario.

Comparado con otros hoteles donde nos alojamos durante este mismo viaje por Japón, este fue el menos cómodo para nuestra familia.

Quiet area, good beds, friendly staff
Pros:

Nice staff, good beds, washer in the room was very handy, good bath

It is the perfect place to stay when going around kyoto!
Pros:

It is by far the most spacious place we’ve stayed in Japan. The place is soo clean and smells good. The best thing is the laundry with the bathroom as the dryer.

Cons:

The stairs are so narrow for big luggages

Appartement proche des arrêts de bus. Magasin proche autour. Parking pas très cher a côté du logement. Logement bien équipé et confortable.

Un peu juste pour 5 si vous avez des grosses valises.
