Great R&R In The Lone Star State
Pros:

The Pancake Maker! That was the highlight for me - my inner child was intrigued! That said, for a complementary breakfast, it selections were good and the staff was GREAT! For our needs, the location was prime: close enough to the attractions/stops we'd planned, but "far" enough where we felt we had some privacy from family. Our room was spacious and well cleaned.

Cons:

The rooms have two curtain shades: one for blackout and one for filtering the sun out. The one for the sun didn't work - so we were unable to get natural light during our stay. Additionally, the sink leaked underneath the vanity, causing a small puddle every night (we initially thought we were the cause). That said, we brought that to the attention of the clerk on our way out - I'm sure they've been addressed.

Decent option for what we needed.
Pros:

Excellent front desk clerk. Friendly and helpful. Very clean room.

Cons:

No coffee makers in rooms. Very soft pillows. No decent restaurants close by. Was all fast food, Subway, etc. So we ordered DoorDash.
