Well we did have Ants in our room so had to change rooms

Young lady on the bar very miserable. Manners not good.One of your team told me they wanted the table for the Sunday Carvery when I was just finishing my breakfast. Male member.

Rooms fine and good value.

Room was fine

Cons:

As with most hospitality venues these days understaffed and overworked Slow service and soup spoons for a sundae glass never replaced when requested. Breakfast also slow.
