The rooms are in the newer attached building behind the pub, so you should be assured of a quiet night's sleep.
You get a kettle and plenty of tea/coffee/milk supplies and a pack of biccies - much appreciated.
The place seems very popular, especially with tradies and visitors alike. The rooms are clean, warm and perfectly fine for the money. My room had a powerful shower over the bath (I'm not a great fan, but it works).
The large pub itself is ok, especially if you like sport and big screens. Nothing of interest for me on the pumps, but the wine is ok. Food is general pub fare - it comes quickly and decent portions.
It compares well to the more expensive likes of Premier & Travelodge, and you get a pub on tap too! SWIDT?
Rooms aren't spacious but perfectly adequate.
Had a desk but no light over it, which would be useful.
No aircon, but the windows do open.
You get an actual key for your door - no card operated locks here, except where you get into accommodation block.

Welcome on Reception was friendly. Room was basic but very quiet, warm, clean and comfy. I appreciated the ample supply of milk cartons and coffee and tea sachets. Shower was strong and lovely and warm. Breakfast was available from 7am, but unfortunately I couldn't take full advantage because I needed to leave by 7.15am. The croissants and yoghurt and toast and drink was fine.
Nothing really... my expectations were actually exceeded, and I would stay again if needed.
Location is good for what we wanted, the receptionist meet us with a smile, room was tidy and clean (RM 11) just needs a bit of a lick of paint and updating.
