La gentillesse du personnel. J'avais besoin d'une chambre le plus tôt possible car ma fille s'est faite opérée et je n'avais nulle place où aller. Je vous remercie tellement.

Perry much exactly what I needed.
Pros:

The location is very good, close the Canadian Space Agency, Montreal Metro Airport, and the aerospace industrial park around it, minutes away and low traffic. Building and room are clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There were no plugs at the bedside table, either normal plugs or USB for recharging. This means I had to either plug into the wall and leave my phone on the floor beside the bed, or pull out the table and plug into a loose outlet box behind it.

I may want to use the gym and/or pool in future visits, though I note they are both pretty small. OK, but could always be better I suppose.

Premièrement lors de notre arrivé, on nous a mentionne que bous avions une chambre seulement alors que j'en avais ajouter une et avait la confirmation. Le seule chose que le personnel avait comme réponse a me donner est ce ils ne pouvaient rien faire alors que c'était leur erreur. Nous avons tenté de trouver des solutions nous même en allant leur proposé car l'hôtel était plein. Nous en avons conclut que nous dormirions 6 dans la même chambre. Il nous fallait donc 2 lits d'appoints, nous nous sommes fait dire qu'il yen ont seulement 2 et que l'un deux venait d'être donné. C'est en sortant que nous avons apprit que la directrice nous avait trouvé. une chambre avec le robinet brisé, donc nous avions au moins 2 chambres . Je ne comprend pas que le personnel ne ce soit pas donné plus pour nous trouver une solution. Je vais aller voir sur la carte de crédit a combine il nous ont facturé et si le crédit n'en vaut pas las peine je vais effectuer une plainte c'est certain. Avec tout ce temps perdu nous sommes arrivé en retard a notre évènement.
