Chambre fonctionnelle, globalement propre et confortable. Un très grand parking devant et énormément de restaurants à proximité.
Quelques éléments abîmés comme beaucoup de marques sur les murs, une des lampes de la salle de bain qui ne fonctionnait pas ou encore des rideaux de fenêtre déchirés.
Hotel is in a good location, with plenty of food options around it. It was clean and modern, with all the amenities you would need.
You can hear everything going on above (if you’re ground floor) and around you which, if people are arriving late / running a 5k above you (as in our case) then it can be difficult to get a good nights sleep.
Clean. I had asked for twin beds and they had to rearrange bed to make it into twin beds so no problem, they rectified situation right away.

The room was fine
The food, again like last year, shortages from menu, told by staff you had run out of various items that was on menu.
Had a carvery on first night and you could have soled your boots with the roast beef. Was told it would get refunded but never got refund.
Second night we went elsewhere for food, wont be returning to Sweet Chestnut for food.
Clean comfortable room with helpful friendly staff. When the air con in our original room failed the manager on duty ensured we were moved to another room with working air con as it was a very hot night. The food in adjacent restaurant is good. We have stayed before and will stay again

Fab location to keep family entertained
Saw a rat outside as rubbish (not from hotel) kept falling out the bins. Inside was lovely though.
We liked the location and the clean bedroom & bathroom. I liked the complimentary hand wash and shower gel/shampoo. The bedding was clean and we liked the tea & coffee making facilities. We liked that there was a few food options nearby.
Quite disappointed that there’s no hot breakfasts and very little continental breakfast selection out when we went for breakfast. We did go for breakfast at 10.30am so it was later than most people I think but surely the last guests should have the same selection as the first? We didn’t like the smell of mould in the bathroom however the room itself was very clean. We have previously stayed here in the past but currently it feels like it needs some TLC.
