Convenient location, comfy bed, helpful staff, good breakfast
Broken towel rail, couple of lights not working
Buona ed abbondante colazione! Posizione tranquilla e ottima vicinanza alla strada principale.
Pulizia da migliorare
Everything
Nothing
There was hairs on towels and the bed and soap dispensers didn’t work at all
The staff were lovely. The young lady on reception when I arrived was very welcoming and helpful. The young ladies who served me my dinner in the evenings were cheerful, polite and helpful. Billy on the morning breakfast duty was super helpful and informative overall appreciated his morning cheer and grateful for getting my water bottles filled up. The chef cooked a delicious cheese and mushroom omelette.
Travelling alone made the logistics of getting luggage from car to room a bit awkward but not insurmountable. Could do with some kind of off loading facility. The tables in the pub were a bit sticky where I ate despite that I saw they were cleaned - they might need a stronger cleaner or the table surfaces need varnishing but otherwise all was pretty darn fabulous. Thank you.
The polite staff, key card access, Tv, heating and A/C, the location.
The price for a place with no kitchen inside felt a little over priced I’d happily pay £90-100 for a room like that though as it has all the essentials you need and an extra bed if there is another guest.
Helpful staff
Nothing much but it is definitely a one night stopover hotel.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Bathroom was not great, the ceiling light was open with exposed wiring into a wet room. The drain was mostly blocked and created a small flood when using the shower.
room was clean. comfy bed. good quality shower. Liked the shower curtain which had magnets to make them stick to the bath edge and not my legs when showering. little thing that made a big difference.
Didn't have breakfast this time unfortunately, but historically a big plus. Has been very nice in the past.
