Very good location, with everything within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the bed was very cozy. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional customer service. The hotel also had a lovely scent throughout, which made the overall atmosphere even more pleasant.
It was a nice touch that toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided. There was also a “For Him” kit, which was a thoughtful addition. I would suggest offering a similar “For Her” kit as well, with a few useful essentials such as a mini nail file, a shower cap, cotton pads, cotton buds, a hair tie, and perhaps a makeup remover wipe.
The only downside was that it could sometimes be difficult to find an available sunbed by the pool, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
The hotel was in a great location , it was exceptionally clean and the staff were so kind and helpful & gave us great recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. The room was also really beautiful - loved everything about the hotel and would definitely go back .

L’accueil est super, aussi bien à la réception qu’au bar du rooftop. Emplacement bon. Chambre spacieuse avec des affaires de toilettes à disposition. Passage des personnels de chambre chaque jour et de manière discrète.
The hotel lobby and reception were impressive, and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional—exactly the standard one would expect from a four-star hotel. Their warm and attentive service created an excellent first impression
Unfortunately, the room itself fell far below expectations. It overlooked a derelict rooftop covered in rubbish, a particularly disappointing view given the hotel’s claims of offering iconic views of Seville and the Metropol Parasol (“Las Setas de Sevilla”). The stark contrast between the hotel’s advertised appeal and the reality from our room was difficult to overlook.
Access to the room was also inconvenient and unexpected. After taking the lift to the third floor, we had to navigate a further three flights of stairs to reach our room. This was tiring and impractical, especially for a hotel presenting itself as a four-star property, and there was no clear indication that the room required this additional access.
The rooftop pool area was equally disappointing. It felt cramped and uninviting, with very limited loungers available and much of the space taken up by bar and restaurant seating. As a result, there was little opportunity to relax comfortably by the pool during the hot day.

El trato del personal nos encanto desde que entramos por la puerta fueron super simpáticos y amables y siempre con una sonrisa. Nos explicaron muy bien las instalaciones y nos recomendaron un sitio para comer que quedamos encantados. Hotel muy tranquilo y con mucho encanto. Volveremos seguro.
Great location, rooms were a good size & the beds were so comfortable.
The housekeeping was good but they didn’t replace our dirty flannels with clean ones. That’s just nitpicking if I’m being honest.
