Pros:

the room is spacious, well equipped kitchen equipment. Staff are very nice and helpful. location is very convenient. Quick response from staff.

Cons:

the Lift was broken down throughout our stay... I believe the property should try to compensate their guests because an apartment with or without a lift access is a crucial factor and the charges can be quite different.

there is air con but not working very properly. Maybe to provide a Fan will be a nice option esp for summer.

Good location and value
Pros:

Good location, close to underground and several food places nearby. Great that there was a washing machine in the room, along with small kitchenette.

Cons:

Unfortunately the lift was down on the 2nd day of our stay till the end on the 8th day. The towel heaters were spoilt as well.
Do note that housekeeping will only be done halfway through stay, but we were fine with it.

Quarto amplo, muito bem localizado, bom para estadas longas.
Pros:

Trata-se de um apart hotel, mas com portaria 24 horas. O quarto é bem espaçoso, tem uma mini cozinha completa, com tudo o que se precisa e como bônus uma máquina de lavar e secar roupas, o que para nós foi excelente, já que ficamos vários dias. É muito bem localizado. Fica perto da estação de metrô e bicicletas para locação muito próximo. Excelente banho, tem um enorme guarda-roupas, sofá, mesa para refeições. É bem amplo. Eu recomendo e voltaria, sem dúvida.

Cons:

O único problema ocorrido foi que o elevador estragou e estávamos no quinto andar. Imagino que isso tenha sido uma exceção, mas é importante referir que ficamos sem elevador por uns três dias, o que foi muito incômodo.
Quando fizemos a reserva, ficou bem claro que a limpeza não era diária e eles entraram em contato conosco para ver se queríamos outros dias para limpeza, pagando um valor extra e nós não quisemos. O Hotel foi muito claro quanto a isso, foi opção nossa não agregar o valor. Nossa sugestão é que a limpeza seja mais frequente, sem custo extra. Só por essas duas coisas nossa nota não foi 10, pois fora isso a estadia foi perfeita. O lugar é ótimo e eu recomendo.

Nice apartment in a convenient quiet location.
Pros:

Fantastic location, close to restaurants, shops & approximately a 3 minute walk to Earls Court Station. Studio apartment on the 4th floor was spacious, quiet & light. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Lift was out of order for our entire stay (3 nights) not ideal when our room was on the 4th floor. WiFi outage for 2 of our 3 night stay.

１，貴重品が入ったまま金庫が開けなかくなったことと、
２，エレベーターが毎日動かなくなったこと。特に最後の日は、4階で止まり、荷物を下ろす事ができなくなって、フロントの人に卸してもらった羽目になった！
