Good location with friendly staff. Storage space / cupboards can be improved

Location, front desk and service staff

Cons:

Cupboards! Even for a small family of 3 we were struggling to unpack and keep all clothes in the high shelf cupboards for a little over 9 days stay.
The bathroom did not have a lock :(

Would highly recommend Templeton Place for a London stay!
Pros:

Great facilities, well equipped, clean,safe, and the staff were polite, helpful, and attentive. The neighborhood has lots of great shops, restaurants, and access to public transportation.

Cons:

Not their fault, but Uber rides had trouble finding the exact location-three times!

Very comfortable stay in a quiet, well located hotel.
Pros:

We had a very spacious room, with separate sleeping and living areas, including a well equipped kitchen. It was also well air conditioned in the heat wave London was experiencing at the time. The hotel is located in a nice quiet street, but not far from Earls Court tube station, so we slept very well. The staff at reception were also extremely helpful. This is an ideal place to stay in London.

La posizione centrale e la grandezza della camera (eravamo in tre)

Cons:

Purtroppo non fanno le pulizia. Siamo stati quattro notti e non hanno fatto le pulizie nemmeno una volta. Secondo me, dovrebbero migliorare da questo punto di vista …almeno una cambio di biancheria dovrebbero farlo ogni tre notti.

Come tutto a Londra, è caro.
L' appartamento è molto bello e spazio ne ma concepito per 2 persone: con un bambino gli spazi sono un po' da adattare, anche se la sistemazione funziona comunque alla grande

the room is spacious, well equipped kitchen equipment. Staff are very nice and helpful. location is very convenient. Quick response from staff.

Cons:

the Lift was broken down throughout our stay... I believe the property should try to compensate their guests because an apartment with or without a lift access is a crucial factor and the charges can be quite different.

there is air con but not working very properly. Maybe to provide a Fan will be a nice option esp for summer.
