lo unico que me gustó fué la ubicación.

Cons:

No hay limpieza en las habitaciones, el aire acondicionado no funciona, no hay cambio de toallas, el personal no atiende con amabilidad, las pantallas no funcionan, la alberca solo dejan que permanezca hasta las 10 de la noche, me gustaria que el horario sea hasta las 11:00

El Hotel tiene una buena ubicación

Cons:

La limpieza del hotel fue pésima, llegamos y encontramos hasta el baño sucio, las camas desentendidas, rotas y con sus sabanas sucias. Además el hotel cuenta con instalaciones en mal estado que hace que se aprecie deteriorado. La verdad no fue nada cómodo.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel, es centrica y cercana a varias playas conocidas de acapulco y centros turistiocos de acapulco. También esta cercano de varios lugares para comer y cercano de la Quebrada.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien, creo que podrían mejorar sus instalaciones en donde está la alberca, quiza cuidar la limpieza de la alberca, mejorar los camastros para que la gente disfrute más estar en la alberca del Hotel.
