Perfect location for museum, food and shopping.
Pros:

Perfect location right next to Guggengeim Museum. A lift outside front door takes people down to riverside promenade where there is tram stop. Good size room and comfy bed. Excellent breakfast with chef station to freshly cook bacon, eggs and omelette addition to good buffet. Terrace outside restaurant has good view of G.museum and river.

Nice comfortable hotel with great staff
Pros:

Our room had a river view which was great, all of the staff very friendly and very helpful. Bilbao is easy to get around and the hotel is in a good location, particularly if you are visiting the Guggenheim.

Nice hotel, great location.
Pros:

Nice hotel, near to the guggenheim Museum. We could easily walk from the hotel to the sighseeing attractions.perfect location for a City Trip in bilbao. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The parking was full so we had to find a public parking. But was not really difficult to find one.
