Great hotel , but dine elsewhere
Pros:

Great location , beautiful comfortable room , view of the Guggenheim museum ,excellent breakfast , very nice staff .

Cons:

We dined at the restaurant , it was poor quality overpriced rubbish . To top it off they got the order wrong .

Delightful stay in Bilbao
Pros:

Front desk staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful with travel tips and local suggestions. Hotel is clean and beds very comfortable. Loved the view. Breakfast had many options. Drinks on patio at night delightful. Having parking available was great.

Great experience
Pros:

Location was great, breakfast was superb with lots of variety and was given on a terrace with a nice view of Guggenheim museum. We were welcomed with a gift (a little bottle of wine, jamon iberico and chocolate). Staff was helpful. Also, the car park underground was a real bonus. They proactively cleaned our car windows on the last day and left a nice message of a “safe travel” on the windscreen.

Cons:

The only think is that the bathroom is a bit small but compared to everything that we liked , this was just a little detail.
