Pros:

All the staff were very polite friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The brown toast with the poached eggs was soggy and the eggs not runny, but everything else about our stay was great.

Pros:

Great location. Near enough to town centre but in a lovely quiet area.
Accommodation was spotlessly clean and quite roomy. Staff were superb, nothing was any trouble for them. Very polite and friendly. Food was good too. Great place to stay, I would return again.

A modern hotel good for a short stay.
Pros:

Air conditioning in our room made it a comfortable stay in hot weather. The staff were friendly and obliging when we reported a problem sorting out the issue quickly. Plenty of car park space.

Cons:

We were perturbed to find used towels left on the back of the door in the ensuite, suggesting that the room wasn't cleaned as carefully as we would expect. The hanging space for clothes was too short for hanging anything longer than suits and lack of any storage would be a problem if staying longer.

Ideal location from Harwich ferry, good value
Pros:

Very nice and new accommodation block on the other side of the car park to the pub

Cons:

Couldn’t get cold water in the room, however should be easily fixable!

The staff was friendly and the bed was quite comfortable

Cons:

There was hardly any milks, tea bags etc . The kettle was full of water obviously from a previous person staying in the room. The room could have done with being a bit cleaner as there was some dust in places
