If you want to get woken up by 5am workers alarm clocks, ideal.
Pros:

Location, hotel side was actually ok 👍.

Cons:

Since we last visited, WOW how bad the bar/food side gone downhill, and that’s no reflection on the staff(they were great). Makes you wonder if Molsten Coors(Marston’s) cares about proper pub hospitality.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean. Could not turn the TV off with the control. One of the bedside light did not work.

Pros:

Great price room was big and comfy apart from that lovely stay would go back again great location for the wedding we attended

Cons:

The shower didnt work great and nozzle wasn't on the bath to turn off

Brilliant staff, good location as I was working at the university, I’ve stayed for a month for work which was a great experience, the pub/ bistro is great, good atmosphere great selection of beers & the menu is good & reasonable priced , the staff were great under trying conditions as it was really hot in the restaurant/bar as there was no air conditioning

Air conditioning in the restaurant & bar as when I stayed it was 30 degrees the restaurant/bar was very warm with the carvery going,

Convenient for a last minute stay near the hospital. Disappointed with cleanliness and service.

Convenient location, plenty of parking.

Cons:

Room was not clean. Hairs in bathroom and bed. Hadn't been hoovered for a while, dust visible along skirting and around bed base. Long wait at bar/restaurant as no staff around.

Great location but needs refurbishment

Cavary veggies were re-served from lunch a bit shrivelled

Cheap accommodation near city centre
Pros:

Location for city centre is very good, easily walkable. Convenient pub food and carvery available onsite

Cons:

Rooms, especially bathrooms are tired and need some tlc. No aircon
