Un alojamiento de ensueño en el corazón de CDMX
Pros:

El alojamiento es precioso, un antiguo convento en el corazón de Coyoacan. Con habitaciones preciosas, amplias y muy bien dotadas. Todo el personal de Los Camilos ha sido encantador, ha respondido muy rápido a nuestras preguntas ofreciendo las mejores soluciones y ha acomodado nuestras peticiones de la mejor manera. Queremos volver ya.

The actual room was cute and comfortable but fell short in too many other ways to be considered a great stay.

I liked the location and my actual room was nice.

Cons:

I had almost no hot water; it went immediately to ice cold within minutes. Walking into the property was a bit odd; yes it’s a historic building but it seemed almost vacant. The stairs going up were incredibly dilapidated.

Pros:

This is a beautful old religious house near the center of Coyoacan. It is a wonderful, restful place to stay in a wonderful but very restless city.

Cons:

The upkeep of older wooden stairs is a bit behind and the staff is not especially visible, though they did magically appear whenever I actually needed them. But nothing seemed dangerous unhealthy.

Olía mal, había demasiada humedad, sábanas feas y sucias como si fuera un motel de los de 100 pesos, no había internet, el agua fría, de verdad la humedad horrible.

Deberían de verificar el hotel o los hoteles antes de aceptarlos.

Ran out of water and hot water every day, bathroom had a strong toxic stench. Valeria promised us a refund due to horrible experience but never got one even though caleed a few times. In process of making a formal complaint with Profeco and local health department as there is various violations of safety and health. Should of read the reviews before staying there, they all complained about the water issue and it was much worse than the reviews. Booking look into this, there is a coversation on this platfform that shows proof and we also have pictures and videos of it, its all documented not just my word. Very gross to run out of water as you could bathe or use the restroom, wash your hands, basic stuff. Hotel from hell!!!!

The hotel is NOT a hotel.is a guest house. Please do not keep advertising this place as something is not.
The smell was terrible tge room was extremely cold the heater had no way to plug to the electricity. Tgere qas no water in the room at arrival.I was waiting out side for over 30 minutes at arrival. There was No breakfast or any food service available. The staff was invisible. The phone line send me to an answering machine. It was so streessful
I was cold non attended. And NOne of my messagers to you or the hotel were attended.
This was a fraud
