This is our second stay at this lovely hotel in London, and the service remains fantastic as always. We were impressed not only by Ray’s team but also every single member of the hotel staff; all teams deliver thoughtful, professional service that made our whole stay incredibly pleasant and relaxing.

Thanks to the hotel’s convenient location and helpful staff, we successfully finished our Spanish visa application smoothly without any hassle. For anyone heading to London to apply for a Spanish Schengen visa, this hotel is absolutely our top pick and strongest recommendation. We will definitely book here again for our future London trips.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment-style hotel. It comes with a fully fitted kitchen and generous living space, spacious and cosy, ideal for long-term accommodation. We could easily prepare breakfast, dinner or all three daily meals by ourselves thanks to the complete set of kitchen appliances and utensils.

The bathroom is lovely with a comfortable shower experience. There is no air conditioning, but large ceiling fans are provided which work well to keep the room cool. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back again.

De kamer was mooi ingericht. De receptioniste Marina was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

I loved that it was walking distance to 2 different subway lines as well as to nearby grocery story and a few tourist sites. I wanted an apartment hotel on a quiet street and this was perfect. I appreciated having a kitchen, washing machine, table and chairs for meals, sofa for relaxing, having a person at the front desk all the time was helpful and I really liked the air conditioning

From the moment I entered it was amazing , the lovely lady at reception was so informative and welcoming.
She bought me up a bottle of Prosecco as it was my birthday.
The apartment was so clean , modern and it had everything necessary for a short / long term stay .

Well equipped studio with kitchen

I would like to give my sincere thanks to Rui, the night shift staff. The service he provided was incredibly thoughtful and warm-hearted.

I travelled all the way from Exeter to London with my daughter for visa application preparation. We needed a large number of documents printed, and we asked Rui for help twice — once at around 10 p.m., and another time in the early hours of the morning. I felt really sorry to disturb him so late, but Rui was patient, considerate and fully understood how urgent our situation was.

He carefully printed nearly 60 pages of documents for us, neatly organised everything and kindly put all the papers into a document bag. He truly helped us in our hour of need.

The room is absolutely amazing as well. It comes with a private fully equipped kitchen, fitted with a coffee machine, a toaster and complete tableware. We could easily make our own breakfast, which made our stay feel just like home. The property is clean, quiet and offers excellent value for money.

Highly recommended, especially for family stays. We will definitely choose this place again when we come back to London.

We stayed for a week and had everything we needed.
