Bel hôtel au calme et entouré par les montagnes
Pros:

La tranquilité du lieu, la vue sur la montagne et le golf. La chambre était spatieuse avec un grand balcon.
Le petit-déjeuner est très varié .

Pros:

Wellness Bereich Sehr schön .Preis Leistung Verhältnis gut.für ein Rad Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Rien !!!!!! Ceci est pas une Hotel,il a pas du Personelle,le self check in est katastophique,si on veut joindre quelqu'un par Tel.ou Internet on vous répond pas Fenêtre dans la Chambre cassé aulieu de la réparé il a une Feulle de Papier écrit CASSE.
Mon conseillé sie vous pouvez pas payé du Personnel fermé cette drole de Wohlfühlhotel

I don’t usually write reviews, but unfortunately I feel that in this case I have to share my experience.

We had a very unpleasant situation during our stay. At one point, we were unable to access our room because the key card stopped working, while all our belongings were still inside. What was particularly disappointing was that the reception was closed and there was no one available to help us. For a hotel of this size and standard, I find it very difficult to understand how guests can be left in such a situation without proper assistance.

I would like to sincerely thank the members of staff who eventually helped us. They were kind, helpful and did their best to resolve the problem, and I really appreciate their assistance.

Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the person responsible for handling the situation. I found the communication and approach very unprofessional. I wasn't offered an apology for what happened. After the incident, nobody answered my phone calls. I received only one text message begore... then I asked for a meeting the following day so that we could discuss and clarify the situation, but I didn' receive any response to that request either.

Problems can happen in any hotel. What matters is how they are handled. In this case, I was disappointed not by the initial problem itself, but by the lack of communication, follow-up and basic courtesy afterwards.

I hope the hotel management will take this feedback seriously, especially regarding guest support when the reception is closed and the way complaints or unexpected situations are handled.

Tolle Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, alles ist topp organisiert. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet.
Pros:

Tolles Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr ruhige und gut ausgestattete Zimmer und Infrastruktur. Mitten in wunderschöner (Berg-)Natur mit vielen Freizeit Angeboten.

Cons:

Für uns waren die Matratzen etwas zu weich und vielleicht auch schon etwas "durchgelegen". Das ist natürlich eine sehr subjektive Einschätzung. Da wir schon etwas ältere Semester sind weiche Matratzen häufig eine Auslöser für Kreuzweh und behindern eine angenehme Nachtruhe.

Pros:

Top Sauna mit Aufguss-Material, Dampfbad und Pool. Alles da. Frühstück große Auswahl.
Wenig Personal vor Ort, aber alles lief wie geschmiert. Sehr gut organisiert.

Cons:

Zu dritt war das zweite Schlafbett recht klein in einem engen Separé mit Dachschräge und mit Dachfenster. Dadurch recht hell. Das war nicht so gut zum Schlafen.

Perfekt für einen (Kurz)Urlaub, aber man sollte mobil sein, da ziemlich außerhalb von Ruhpolding gelegen, aber über eine

Sehr leckeres Frühstück, sehr schöner Poolbereich, ruhige Lage, sehr große Zimmer (Bad und WC getrennt!) mit schönem Balkon

Cons:

So ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet - und dann ein Sammelsurium an angeschlagenem Geschirr. Das passt nicht zusammen!
Generell ist die Einrichtung ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, wie z. B. die Gartenmöbel auf der Frühstücksterrasse
