Important information:

Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size. Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite.

Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights. A £250 deposit is required when booking a Two Bedroom Suite or any category for a stay of 7 nights or longer. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival.

The deposit will be released upon departure minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.

Supercity Aparthotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges.

Please note, all our properties are strictly nonsmoking and full security deposit will be retained for smoking within any of our properties; additional fees will be charged for any damages in addition to the smoking fee.

Atendimento na recepçao, limpeza e localizaçao

Cons:

O quarto estava um pouco frio, entao dobrei o edredon em 2 para fazer outra camada.Mas è apenas uma observaçao para as proximas vezes e nao reclamacao. Adorei tudo.

Overall it is a great place and in a good location
Pros:

The space was great for two people. We loved the location. So close to the tube to get wherever we wanted to go. The place was nicely decorated and for the most part very comfortable

Cons:

I did not like that there was no plug in close to a mirror. The one in the bathroom was always steamed up when needed. I did not like any of the toiletries. We were given 4 coffee pods for two people for 7 days. We also ran out of toilet paper and had difficulty reaching anywhere by email.

Very nice staff, great amenities, but not the cleanest.
Pros:

The location was great, right near Earl's Court station. The staff were lovely and very responsive to an issue I had. The heaters worked great, and the washer/dryer was also amazing.

Cons:

The apartment was not the cleanest. The rugs and couch were unfortunately covered in some kind of hair (I assume pet hair).

Ubicación fantástica cerca de la estación de Earls Court . Zona tranquila para dormir. Apartamento muy cómodo, moderno y limpio.

Unsuitable for three people!!

Great location in a very quiet area, kind and helpful staff, all the amenities seem new and work perfectly

Cons:

We booked a triple room for three adults, but what was presented as the third bed was nothing more than completely unusable cot. There wasn’t any proper mattress , and the frame was broken. As a result, our third guest, a grown adult, had no choice but to sleep on the couch for all five nights of our stay.
This is simply not acceptable for a room advertised for three people. The apart-hotel should either stop selling this room as a triple or invest in a real bed. We would not recommend this room to anyone travelling in group.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile, speriamo di tornare presto
Pros:

Era il nostro primo viaggio con un bimbo piccolo e in questo adorabile appartamento ci siamo trovati benissimo. Non mancava davvero nulla, tutto ben equipaggiato ed organizzato, ottimo per preparare i pasti in autonomia. La posizione ottima vicino alla metro e la reception aperta h24 sono davvero un plus. Speriamo di tornare presto.

Great location
Pros:

Location. Ease of getting around. Close to station. Close to groceries.

Cons:

Smaller than I thought. Pictures make it look bigger.
Room was very hot. Despite turning off all the heaters. Think it may have had under floor heating. Would be great in middle of winter.
Small shower. Shower Door coming off the rail.

Excellent accommodation very near to tube station, shops and restaurants.
Pros:

Excellent accommodation in a great location. The flat was a great size, very comfortable beds and it an excellent location. Just a minutes walk from Earls Court Road with a great selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definietely stay again.
