Nice views.
Gluten free basket was given for the breakfast on request.

Cons:

We booked triple room but when arrived we got double room at first. Reception staff said that pictures and descriptions of rooms in booking.com don’t match.
But after all we got the room we booked, just with unpleasant experience and communication.
Overall the staff have a room for improvement in terms of communication with guests. It was okayish but I wouldn’t stay there anymore.

Hôtel fort agréable
Pros:

Vu magnifique sur le glacier de notre chambre. On y mange vraiment bien et le personnel est fort agréable.

Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel, l'accoglienza e la pulizia, eccezionale. Ci vuole un po' per arrivare per i tornanti che ci sono ma poi quando si arriva si è ripagati dal posto, circondati da montagne e vegetazione, pace e relax

Cons:

La colazione dolce/salata, secondo me un po' cara, 15€ a persona, soprattutto quando si ha una famiglia numerosa, però essendoci il bar è possibile farla con cappuccio/thé/caffè, brioche, pancake e waffle, ottima uguale!

Pros:

It's very easy to walk out to the snow and along the frozen lake. Everything was great, the valley is beautiful, the children loved it. Dinner was nice, my husband loved the coffee. There's a room to dry boots. In the evening the fire was lit in a nice comfy living room.

Cons:

Check out could not be flexible. But this was minor.

A comfortable mountain hotel in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Helpful and friendly staff. Good location for the mountains in a quiet, unspoiled valley. Great views from our room (2) under the eaves.

Cons:

Dinners generally good but a bit hit and miss.
