Prima (bad)kamer en goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Het spa-bad was leuk maar ook lek. Gedeeltelijk ons geld teruggekregen omdat we de kamer maar zelf zijn gaan dweilen in de late avonduren.

Pros:

Very comfortable bed and an incredible jacuzzi. Superb location by Utrecht Centraal. Clean room and quiet area. The room was a bit worn out and cost too much for the quality of its furnishings and facilities.

Cons:

I booked a room at a really high price: it was double the price than on the hotel’s website. It is also difficult to understand why an empty room booked on the day of arrival has to cost double as the hotel explained. I find it so unreasonable.

Ik boek een dure suite, heel erg last van geluidsoverlast van de treinen en de oordopjes lagen klaar..

Als jullie dit van te voren hadden aangegeven zou ik de kamer niet hebben geboekt.

Great romantic getaway
Pros:

The private sauna and hot tub were excellent. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable and staff always pleasant and available. The hotel sauna and pool were also nice.

Cons:

The decoration of the hotel is very busy and weird. It does not contribute to the high end wellness experience the hotel offers.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern und liegt in einer guten Lage um auch nach Feierabend mal etwas zu unternehmen. Spa Bereich ist ganz gut gemacht in der obersten Etwage.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht wirklich sauber und für den gezahlten Preis auch relativ klein und normal ausgestattet. Die Berechnung für Bademäntel fand ich nicht angemessen. Wenn ich ein Spa anbiete, gehören auch die Bademäntel dazu!
Bald zahlt man dann auch für Kleiderbügel?

Pros:

Great location, right off train station and close walk to all the sites. Room was large. Gym was nice, maybe add a few free weights.

Not worth it.
Cons:

So loud, trains run all night. I’m not a light sleeper but this was so disruptive. We also asked for a repair guy to fix broken item in room but none available. Overall very disappointed.

Pros:

The spa facilities at this hotel are fantastic-the pool is on the top floor and is good if there are not alot of people there, but there are also lounging chairs and an outdoor area, and an adults-only steam room and sauna, which were fantastic as I had sinus issues while I was there. The location is likely the best you can get for your money, and the room was clean and adequate. I ended up eating dinner there the first night because I got in late and the food was also relatively good for a hotel restaurant.

Cons:

It was extremely difficult to get from the parking garage to the hotel because I arrived on a holiday-when I contacted the front desk staff they were not particularly helpful. I noticed that some staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful while others were not great with customer service or with offering helpful information, so increased consistency would be nice.
