Matig verblijf.
Pros:

Propere kamers en goede douche

Cons:

Kamer naast de spoorwegen was niet comfortabel, veel nachtelijk lawaai.
Tv valt regelmatig uit, was vervelend.
Slechts 1 koffiemachine, veel te weinig bij het ontbijt dat heel matig was.

Było łóżko i ciepła woda

Cons:

Nasza rezerwacja była zaplanowana na dwie noce, z czego już po pierwszej zrezygnowaliśmy z jakiegokolwiek „odpoczynku”, a drugą noc spędziliśmy w zupełnie innym hotelu. Po pierwsze, w windzie wisi naklejka o zakazie palenia papierosów, a cała kabina potwornie nimi śmierdziała. Po drugie, razem z dziewczyną dostaliśmy pokój, który prawdopodobnie miał możliwość stworzenia pokoju rodzinnego, po drugiej stronie wewnętrznych drzwi zakwaterowano rodzinę z małym dzieckiem. Od samego popołudnia przez cały czas słyszeliśmy każdy krzyk i krok tego malucha, przez co czuliśmy się, jakbyśmy byli tam dodatkowymi niańkami. Sam widok z okna na dworzec był w porządku, ale hałas okazał się nie do zniesienia, co chwilę zatrzymywały się pociągi i było głośno słychać ich główne hamowanie. Wisienką na torcie okazał się alarm. Moja dziewczyna nie wiedziała, co się dzieje, bo syrena wyła około godziny 13:00 podczas jej kąpieli. Przestraszona wybiegła na korytarz, gdzie nikt nie miał pojęcia, co się stało. Dopiero później jedna z pań sprzątających rzuciła luźno, że to tylko testy. Byłem w szoku a ze strony hotelu nie usłyszeliśmy ani słowa „przepraszam”. Do tego wszystkiego podłoga w pokoju była lepiąca się. Jedynym plusem było łóżko tylko dlatego, że mogliśmy się na nim położyć, bo o prawdziwym wypoczynku w tych warunkach nie było mowy. Poprosiliśmy o wcześniejsze wymeldowanie i dokładnie opowiedzieliśmy obsłudze o wszystkich problemach. Hotel nie zwrócił nam jednak ani grosza, nie dostaliśmy z powrotem nawet 20 czy 30 procent kwoty za niewykorzystaną dobę, nie mówiąc już o zrekompensowaniu straconej nocy i zmarnowanego dnia poprzedniego. Zaproponowano nam jedynie wymianę pokoju na inny, ale po serii takich „atrakcji” mieliśmy już po prostu dość i chcieliśmy stamtąd jak najszybciej uciekać. Zdecydowanie odradzam to miejsce.

Erg prettig verblijf gehad. Lekker kunnen ontspannen en vriendelijke medewerkers bij de receptie.
Pros:

De locatie is top, mega vriendelijke medewerkers bij de receptie, gratis drankje bij de bar aangeboden gekregen, hele lekkere bedden.

Cons:

Het bad was anders dan op de fotos en was vuil toen we aankwamen. Daarnaast waren de instructies van de sauna in onze kamer wat onduidelijk. Hotelgym zonder free weights viel ook een beetje tegen.

Super-de-luxe in het hartje van Utrecht
Pros:

Ligging vlak aan het centrum en winkelcentrum Hoog Catharijne met ruime parking (betalend wel). Mooie, moderne en ruime kamer met grote jacuzzi wat echt heel fijn was. Ook was er elke dag opnieuw badzout voorzien wat het helemaal af maakte. Vriendelijk onthaal en kamer was heel netjes.

Cons:

Enkele kleine details zouden er een 10 van maken… zo miste ik een stopcontact aan één kant van het bed en ook de badhanddoeken vielen nogal klein uit… maar dat valt in het niets bij de fijne totaalervaring.
