Great location, right off train station and close walk to all the sites. Room was large. Gym was nice, maybe add a few free weights.
The spa facilities at this hotel are fantastic-the pool is on the top floor and is good if there are not alot of people there, but there are also lounging chairs and an outdoor area, and an adults-only steam room and sauna, which were fantastic as I had sinus issues while I was there. The location is likely the best you can get for your money, and the room was clean and adequate. I ended up eating dinner there the first night because I got in late and the food was also relatively good for a hotel restaurant.
It was extremely difficult to get from the parking garage to the hotel because I arrived on a holiday-when I contacted the front desk staff they were not particularly helpful. I noticed that some staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful while others were not great with customer service or with offering helpful information, so increased consistency would be nice.
So loud, trains run all night. I’m not a light sleeper but this was so disruptive. We also asked for a repair guy to fix broken item in room but none available. Overall very disappointed.
I liked the location as it was very close to the train station. I liked the breakfast that was included and I thought the staff were helpful.
I did not like that I had to sleep in a twin bed and not at least a double or queen! I also thought the price was exhirbitant for the quality and experience.

Alles ok
The room was nice, with a great view. Although most of that was the railway satation. The pool and spa area were lovely.
The bed was a bit too firm. Nothing else.

Has excellent facilities with a swimming pool, steam room and sauna on the top floor.
The noise from the street is loud making it difficult to sleep. But this was caused mainly because King's day celebrations went on til 5am

Mało urozmaicone śniadania, niezbyt dobra kawa, zimne jajka sadzone, zupełnie niepotrzebna promocja alkoholu poprzez wystawienie prosecco do śniadania, dla osób z problemem alkoholowym kompletnie nie do przyjęcia. Nie było opcji nie wymienienia codziennie ręczników.
