חדרים מאוד נקיים, אווירה אינטימית, מיקום מעולה ממש, חדרים יחסית מבודדים טוב מהרעש.
התמורה טובה מאוד למחיר, אך ביחס לכך שאין לובי והכניסה עצמאית ניתן לצפות למחיר נמוך יותר.

מיקום נהדר לצעירים בנפשם. אזור מחודש של העיר עם ויב נהדר. הכל תיתקל והוה נקי ונעים מאוד. והמחיר נפלא!
החדר נקי מאוד ונעים, המיקום מצוין, פינת הקפה המשותפת נדיבה ונוחה לשימוש. שירות הצ'ק אין מרחוק עבד נהדר.
החדר נמצא קומה מעל הרחוב, ומתחתיו יש 2 מסעדות ובר יין שמוציאים שולחנות לרחוב בערב, ועמוסים עד 4 בבוקר. החלונות אמנם אוטמים חלק גדול מהרעש, אבל לא את כולו. למי שיש שינה רגישה - זה עלול להפריע.

מיקום פשוט מושלם ללילה בתל אביב, על פארק המסילה, בסמטת הבד ברחוב עצמו התרחבה לה מסעדת LAVA ועוד בתי קפה, שוקק חיים ותחושה ממש של חול
היה מעט רעש מהחלון, אולי לשקול להוסיף בידוד
היה נקי, מסודר, אפשרות לחניה מוסדרת בתשלום נוסף, שירות הלקוחות היה זמין והמטבחון מצויד בקפה כיפי ובירה
באמת שהכל היה אחלה, בערב הומה מחוץ לחלון החדר עם המרפסת והיה מאוד רועש.

but the entrance is misleading.
It looks a bit flimsy but then you enter and it's nice inside.
