La localisation est excellente. Tres facile a trouver, access aussi par voiture.

Overall, the stay is great and so convenient location to visit many attractions.
Pros:

It located just next to the famous attraction square and market. You can see the performers at nights in the square and buy/eat food in the market. It's a very convenient location. They also provide great free breakfast with gresh bread, pies, pan cakes, coffee/tea and orange juice, fruits....on the rooftop, you can enjoy a geat view look down the whole Fes city.

Cons:

When we checked-in, the lady in the front desk asked us to pay additional $2 euros for tax. But in the booking.com stated that all the taxes were included, Whatever, we just paid it and checked in.
It's next to the attraction sqaure with performers at night and busy markets there , so it's so noisy at night. It will be quiet after midnight or pass 2 am.
