Ausstattung gibt noch zu wünschen übrig
Pros:

Lage ist gut auf der Hauptstrasse von Candelaria aber trotzdem Ruhig. Zimmer sind schön und sauber

Cons:

Es gibt kein Frühstück, es hat kein möglichkeit etwas zu Essen entweder zu kochen. Man muss also in die Stadt gehen, um etwas zu essen. In unsere Zimmer gab es eine Whirlpool, jedoch dauerte es sehr lange bevor wir warmes Wasser hatten, daher konnten wir es nicht nutzen

As good as you’ll find in this area.
Pros:

This hotel is probably the best you’re going to find in the area. We stayed one night. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful. There’s parking. Note that the hot tub/jacuzzi mentioned in the description is in one of the rooms. Book room 206 if that’s important to you. We were shown another room with a jacuzzi bath but it was much smaller.

Cons:

It’s half finished. Half of it is a building site. The water for showering was extremely hot and we couldn’t make it cooler.

Buena atención y mejora comunicación
Pros:

La atención del personal muy buena es un plus excelente, buen café matutino en el loby, instalaciones y mobiliario nuevo y limpio.

Cons:

No había agua caliente, lo solucionaron hasta las 10 y media pm, no hay comunicación habitación=recepción y son 3 pisos de escaleras por lo urge teléfono

Pros:

El hotel es bonito y moderno, esta recién remodelado y está su lobby y restaurante en proceso. Las habitaciones limpias y amplias, las camas cómodas extragrandes, tv por cable, baño limpio, funciona muy bien la regadera y agua caliente muy bien, el minisplit bien, todo es nuevo.
El personal es muy amable y atento.

Acogedor y limpio.
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, trato excelente del personal y muy limpio. Muy cercano a la estación Candelaria del Tren Maya, el único detalle que tuvimos fue que no contamos con el servicio de wifi durante los 3 días de estancia, nos comentó la chica de recepción que tenían días con las fallas.
