Great location for traveling through Youngstown Friendly check in. I liked that there were drinks and snacks handy to purchase. I didn’t buy anything because I was heading to dinner right away.
Nothing. I reserved it because it was the closest to the place I had a meeting at.
The Hotel is located over a highway. The noise is terrible. The AC Unit is inside the room and this sound mixes with the one coming from the exterior. It was a nightmare to sleep in those conditions.

I was assessed a parking fee, despite having already settled the payment through Booking.com. The hotel charged me again.
The proximity to both train tracks and the highway resulted in a significant disturbance from traffic noise throughout the night, which severely impacted my ability to sleep.
My son, who has Down syndrome, was particularly affected by the noise, preventing him from sleeping during the night.
Also, the refrigerator in my room was leaking water.

Marice is fantastic! I made a mistake on my reservation and called in a panic. Marice answered promptly, listened to me, put me on a brief hold, and resolved my issue. I wish everyone was like her!
