Staff were polite.Room was clean.

Cons:

Was not informed we needed to pay $20 a night for parking until AFTER we had booked a non-refundable stay.
Parking pass/ticket did not work when we tried to use it.
There was road noise from the turnpike literally below the hotel.
Lock on room door was not working properly.

Great! The view, the staff and the location.
Pros:

Very clean and great location.

Cons:

The restaurant was not open every time we tried to eat there. Even on a Saturday , during Labor Day weekend it closed at 9pm, the bar didn’t even have any food available which was a bummer.

Noisy without benefits.
Pros:

room was clean and spacious, but not comfortable. large bed.

Cons:

noise levels from the road below. size of the "swimming pool" was a joke. breakfast was overpriced. coffee available in the room was poor.

Overall the stay was alright. The local neighborhood is cute and there is a pub, pizza place and a little breakfast cafe
Pros:

The staff were friendly and they let us stay in the pool a little bit later than it closed

Cons:

The sheets were stained on arrival and seemed like they were possibly from a previous guest.. the staff came in and changed them upon request.

The rooms are VERY SMALL! But for being outside boston thats probably normal.

The vent in the bathroom didnt work so the entire room got humid with just one shower despite there being AC.

Dirtiest window in the world
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent for hotel buffet. And the attached (but no longer ran by the hotel) restaurant was good. But the rest of it…

The rooms are so loud from the freeway they literally have white noise dials in them to add additional noise to drown out the cars.

If you ever upgrade move to the ceiling AC instead of PTAC units and insulate the walls.

But in the mean time you could at least clean the windows, dirtiest I’ve ever seen, really sets a bad tone.
