Important information:

Children below 12 years old who sleep in the existing bed will be free of charge.

Should a rollaway bed be needed, please contact hotel to arrange and it would be subject to additional charges of SGD 100++ per night.

All rooms can only accommodate only 1 baby cot, or 1 rollaway bed due to space constraints and guest safety.

Children above 12 years old will be charged for the extra person charge.

Extra person charge is inclusive of a rollaway bed for room only rate and a rollaway bed plus daily breakfast for room with breakfast rate.

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

We like the location for easy access via their public train and the hotel has a vantage view of Marina Bay Sands. Buffet breakfast with a choice of 2 restaurants plus a quieter lounge option was something we looked forward to every morning before planning our day ahead. Staff accommodated our request to have our 3 rooms close together. In fact, we were all next to each other, with one connecting room.

Cons:

Was not told about renovations being done to some facilities in the spa until we got there. However, we were still able to enjoy whatever was available.

Great Views. Great Location. Great Breakfast.
Pros:

Location was perfect within a short train ride to Marina Bay Sands and Orchard shopping district and walking distance to other attractions. Having a choice of 2 restaurants for buffet breakfasts is quite rare and a treat.

Cons:

There was no bidet spray for the toilet. The pillows were too soft. We could probably request a change but didn't know. Check-in was a little confusing as we had L65 access and didn't know how to get up there for check-in. There was no hot chocolate in the lounge and the juices would often run out and not be refilled.

It was good, but nothing special.
Pros:

Great location for exploring the Civic District and Downtown! It was the third hotel of our Singapore trip and definitely the busiest. Being so large, you blend into the crowd and get less personal attention than at other hotels. Coming from other 5-star hotels, we were surprised the Swissôtel didn't match that same high level of service. The room was good, though showing some wear and tear. The view was nice despite the haze, but clear skies would have made it incredible.

Cons:

It would definitely be nice to have a warmer pool.

Salón ejecutivo en planta 65 muy cómodo, vistas impresionantes y con productos variados y de buena calidad. Habitación correcta con colchón muy confortable, amenities correctas. Nos permitieron hacer un late check out sin coste adicional. Personal agradable y profesional. Relación calidad precio buena. Acceso directo a centro comercial.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación muy flojo. Deberían dejar agua a diario en la habitación. No me parece razonable el tiempo que se deja bloqueado el depósito del día del check in (7-14 días laborables).

Still a beautiful and comfortable hotel, but the service is not what it used to be
Cons:

Weary traveller met by a bank of computers for self check-in, in a scene reminiscent of a Woolworths self serve on Christmas Eve. Required several staff to give a computer lesson to travellers would have preferred. They checked us in was not a warm welcome. I’m not sure how it intersect with the aspirational mission statement of the hotel.
