Important information:

Children below 12 years old who sleep in the existing bed will be free of charge.

Should a rollaway bed be needed, please contact hotel to arrange and it would be subject to additional charges of SGD 100++ per night.

All rooms can only accommodate only 1 baby cot, or 1 rollaway bed due to space constraints and guest safety.

Children above 12 years old will be charged for the extra person charge.

Extra person charge is inclusive of a rollaway bed for room only rate and a rollaway bed plus daily breakfast for room with breakfast rate.

Dieses Hotel würden wir wieder buchen!
Pros:

Super Lounge im 65. Stock und unser Zimmerausblick aus dem 60. Stock auf die Marina Bai war spektakulär.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts.

Family stay in singapore
Pros:

The rooms had drinking water taps which made life easy for foreigners. The MRT was directly below the building which made it easy during rainy periods. There was a shopping center directly below which was convenient. The pool was nice but very busy with families.
The location was great for Marina bay sands activities.
The buffet breakfast was good and had a small amount of gluten free options

The room/Location was Superb and the heart of the City, everything was within walking distance.

Cons:

The Treatment at the SKYBAR, wherein we were discriminated by the hostess, Diane Kee, for not providing us the Seats requested, despite not being OCCUPIED for almost 2 hours, and giving false statements. Also being a SKYBAR, we come for the CITY SKYLINE VIEW, why CHARGE EXTRA for HOTEL Guests. We have raised the same issue with Managment and yet to hear on this.

Niet kwaliteit voor de prijs, foto’s misleidend! Kleine kamers

We hadden een kamer geboekt via Booking.com voor 4 personen. Maar toen we onze kamer kregen, bleek dit absoluut veel te klein voor 4 personen, inclusief de bedden. Op de beschrijving en foto’s lijkt het alsof het voor 4 personen geschikt is, maar dit is echt misleidend! We moesten ter plekke een tweede (dure) tweepersoons kamer erbij boeken om te kunnen verblijven. Omdat we zo moe waren van de lange vlucht van Nederland naar Singapore, hebben dit maar gedaan, omdat we teveel gedoe was om elders te gaan zoeken. Echt jammer en Swisshotel onwaardig!

Service impeccable. Remerciements chaleureux à Zar Mae Gian Gian pour son écoute et le soin apporté à notre confort dans la chambre.

Cons:

Chambre au 32ème étage. Pression insuffisante dans la douche. Produits d'accueil pratiques mais parfum pas à notre goût. Aucune chaine TV en français.
