Important information:

Children below 12 years old who sleep in the existing bed will be free of charge.

Should a rollaway bed be needed, please contact hotel to arrange and it would be subject to additional charges of SGD 100++ per night.

All rooms can only accommodate only 1 baby cot, or 1 rollaway bed due to space constraints and guest safety.

Children above 12 years old will be charged for the extra person charge.

Extra person charge is inclusive of a rollaway bed for room only rate and a rollaway bed plus daily breakfast for room with breakfast rate.

Nice hotel. Been staying there once or twice a year

Location, staff and more

Cons:

There is no available medical clinic in time of emergency. My husband had hypertension and was about to borrow sphygmomanometer so we can check his blood pressure but there was none. Ihave to buy one from watson since we are both doctors and can handle his problem. This is a big hotel so i thought there should be a doctor or nurse on duty.
One thing more, i would appreciate it more if there is a bidet

Doskonała lokalizacja nad stacją metra, blisko do głównych atrakcji Singapuru. Mieliśmy pokój na 59 piętrze więc widok był oszałamiający. Śniadania b. dobre - azjatyckie i międzynarodowe.

Overpacked. Staff are overwhelmed.

Cons:

Everything was super packed the whole time. Made reservations for lunch, dinner, and private party at Level 52. It was chaotic. No special service even though spent thousands for a special event.

L hotel fait usine. Aucun charme
Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale avec deux lits doubles et nous avons eu la très mauvaise surprise de découvrir deux lits de 120cm....
