Important information:

Children below 12 years old who sleep in the existing bed will be free of charge.

Should a rollaway bed be needed, please contact hotel to arrange and it would be subject to additional charges of SGD 100++ per night.

All rooms can only accommodate only 1 baby cot, or 1 rollaway bed due to space constraints and guest safety.

Children above 12 years old will be charged for the extra person charge.

Extra person charge is inclusive of a rollaway bed for room only rate and a rollaway bed plus daily breakfast for room with breakfast rate.

The name on the credit card used and passport provided for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Pros:

The hotel was very busy. Our room was ready when we arrived at 10am. However the hotel charged me over $300 for a rollaway bed for my 4 year old. It would have been better value to stay at The Fairmont. Also we had to change rooms as soon as we arrived as the carpet was soaking wet in our first room. The hotel moved us quickly when I advised them of the issue but did nothing further to make up for the inconvenience.

Pros:

1. Еда. Разнообразие блюд на завтрак, обед и ужин.
2. Расположение. Пешком в основные локации.
3. Номер. С небольшой гостиной.

Cons:

Вначале дали номер с видом на парковку. Жесть короче. Далее доплатил 300 сингапурских доллара и замерили на повыше и побольше.
