Should a rollaway bed be needed, please contact hotel to arrange and it would be subject to additional charges of SGD 100++ per night.

Pros:

此次訂了65樓的VIP room，有安靜的空間可以好好休息。
2樓的早餐非常好吃。
住宿日遇到房間開關沒有作用，燈無法關閉，飯店立刻派人來維修，無法維修之後讓我們升級房間，飯店人員處理問題的速度非常即時

Cons:

房間的隔音不是非常好，經常會聽到樓上跑跳的聲音。
報到區的協助沒有非常即時，需要自己去找服務人員。

Excellent. Une valeur sûre. Deuxième fois dans cet hôtel et toujours très satisfait. Sa localisation au dessus de City Hall est vraiment top. Vous accédez à tout très facilement. Les chambres sont confortables. La vue incroyable. Le personnel très agréable.

Beste Lage mit hohem Komfort in Singapur
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist aus meiner Sicht mit Abstand die beste, die man in Singapur haben kann. Das liegt daran, daß man alle Highlights zu Fuß erreichen kann und zusätzlich eine hervorragende Aussicht vom eigenen Balkon auf die Stadt hat. Vorausgesetzt, man bucht ein Hafenblickzimmer in der oberen Etage.
Man muß nicht mit Frühstück buchen, weil es perfekte Möglichkeiten "im Keller" gibt. Obwohl das Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant absolut in Ordnung ist. Also, Geschmackssache.

Cons:

Bei der Buchung des Zimmers muß man aufpassen, daß man wirklich den Hafenblick bucht und bekommt. Das gibt regelmäßig Schwierigkeiten. Da ich mindestens 2 x im Jahr in Singapur bin, kann ich das sehr gut beurteilen. Im Zweifel das teurere Zimmer buchen.

Familien dürfen ihre Erwartungen etwas herunterschrauben
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt an einer MRT-Station und fußläufig von Marina Bay entfernt. Zu MBS sind es ca. 20 Min, zu den Gärten ca. 30 Min.

Die Aussicht aus der Lounge 65 ist bezaubernd. Das Essensangebot ist auch sehr gut. Getränke könnten etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem makellosen Zustand, hochwertige Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Das Zimmer wird sogar mehrmals am Tag zurecht gemacht.

Cons:

Die Betten sind zu schmal! Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten. Sie waren (gefühlt, ich habe nicht nachgemessen) jeweils 1,40 cm breit. Für Kinder mag es reichen, für zwei Erwachsene jedoch recht unkomfortabel. Das hat uns leider etwas negativ überrascht.

Weiterer negativer Punkt war der Umgang mit den Familien in der Lounge 65. Ich kann zwar den Wunsch verstehen, lärmende Kinder von den ruhesuchenden Gästen zu trennen und ich habe es im Vorfeld gelesen, dass es für die Familien einen separaten Bereich gibt. Dieser ist jedoch für die komfortable Nahrungsaufnahme wenig geeignet, höchstens für einen Drink. Es sind überwiegend kleine Couchtische und Hocker, an denen man Platz nehmen muss. Oder in einem Meetingraum weiter weg vom Geschehen. Der Raum ist sehr klein und total überfüllt, während noch die Tische in der Hauptlounge noch frei sind. Die Aussicht aus dem Familienbereich ist dann auch nicht mehr auf die Marina, sondern Richtung Clarke Quay. Unter dem Strich fühlt man sich wenig erwünscht dort.

Excellent experience, fantastic view, easy to any destination
Pros:

We stayed in the Swiss Prestige room on higher floors. The view was fantastic, worth the price.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but the egg place was in long queue all the time. Maybe have some sunny side ready for serve would be better.
