Important information:

Children below 12 years old who sleep in the existing bed will be free of charge.

Should a rollaway bed be needed, please contact hotel to arrange and it would be subject to additional charges of SGD 100++ per night.

All rooms can only accommodate only 1 baby cot, or 1 rollaway bed due to space constraints and guest safety.

Children above 12 years old will be charged for the extra person charge.

Extra person charge is inclusive of a rollaway bed for room only rate and a rollaway bed plus daily breakfast for room with breakfast rate.

Cons:

The breakfast in the cafe- the staff couldn’t deal with our order. Ordered poached eggs from the menu but were served fried eggs.
Had difficulty convincing the manager. When the poached eggs finally arrived,they were not properly done and tge toast had gone cold.
Finally had to cancel the order for coffee

Great location, busy hotel. No hygiene or bidet facilities available in the rooms.
Pros:

Great location, easy access to most sights. Great Mall with all shops available. The MRT is right on your doorstep and was super convenient when it was raining.

Cons:

Very large hotel and busy. Cleaning staff start early in the morning like 7am, which caused us to awake due to heavy furniture movement, loud vacuuming and banging. Really spoiled our night’s rest especially after extreme jet lag tiredness.
Would really like to see a some cleaning facilities for after use of the toilet. Was really surprised not to see one. Especially since toilet hygiene is an important factor in the Far East.
