Century plaza
Pros:

We visited for our daughters graduation at the Ucla and spent 3 nights at Fairmont we were made to feel at home by Jatin mehta who was part of the gold team , being a diamond member of Accor we had access to the gold lounge over all a great stay and hotel . They also sent a bottle of red wine to my room since they couldn’t upgrade my room .

Not perfect.
Pros:

Disappointed I didn't have laundry bag in the room with the form in my past 3 stays ,however John at concierge was very helpful and accommodated my request efficiently. Thank you.

Relaxing staycation
Pros:

This is a beautiful and extremely clean hotel, with lovely staff. We especially would like to thank John, who assisted us to our room and provided helpful information on all the hotel amenities. We received an upgrade to be able to use the Gold Lounge and the spa and both were very peaceful and relaxing. The Gold Lounge offered complimentary snacks, appetizers and breakfast which were delicious.

My stay at the Fairmont Century Plaza was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, every team member made me feel welcomed and valued. The property is beautiful, the rooms are exceptional, and the level of service exceeded all of my expectations.

I would especially like to recognize Alvin Loh for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Alvin went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. He was attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. His dedication to providing exceptional guest service made a lasting impression and truly enhanced my experience.

Pros:

We had such a wonderful experience at Fairmont Century Plaza! From the moment we made our booking until the day we checked out, Billie was incredibly helpful and always available to assist us with anything we needed.
As we were there to celebrate my Birthday she arranged our room for my birthday with complimentary cheesecake and special note, her warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

We would also like to thank Janneth and Edras for taking such great care of us during dinner. As vegetarians, we really appreciated how patient and thoughtful they were in helping us choose dishes that suited us and they made sure we had a fantastic dining experience.

A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We look forward to visiting again

Life at the avenue of stars…
Pros:

Located at avenue of the stars.. the name of the place itself echos the experience.
The lobby is beautiful, indoor water space and plant wall gives calming vibe… the bar inside -perfect for relaxing.
John,made way into the lobby, it was like he took us in his palms… made us care free about our entry and exits, He is humble and efficient.
Check in and check out were super cool, Nancy, Kevin were there this time -super friendly people. Of course Mathew McShane, the friendly manager, seen everywhere😄, things are so simple and easy for him. At the concierge -Cameron efficient and humble, always around with a welcoming smile.
Restaurant is equally calming and pleasant.., Jatin welcomes guest with honor and respect…Edras, Kevin and the rest made us feel at home. Outside of restaurant also gave us memories.. the sparrows, flowers, plants…
Rooms are luxurious..
few minutes walk to Westfield mall, few minutes drive to Rodeo drive and downtown makes this hotel best for business and family vacation staying.
This was our third stay in this year…. Fairmont Plaza is calling us back again…. Thanks for providing a wonderful and memorable stay.
