I like that I had a comfortable sleep using the bad. I liked that cleaning person tried to make it good for me.
I didn't like the stuff treatment at the checkout and no willingness to help with questions. I didn't enjoy that I didn't have room clean enough when I arrived. I didn't have shower gel, had some urine spots on the floor from previous person. My robe seemed to be used previous - I had to find cleaning person to replace it. I didn't like that I was put in really dark room on lower floor facing the wall and was really loud from wind when my coworker was at the 14th floor.
I also was charged for 140$ for some extra fee i didn't agree for when my coworker didn't have that issue - and in the answer I had "its not our problem. figure out with booking.com". Also, Wifi paid extra? for rooms that cost so much?
