The windows let the bass from the music in too loud for me.

Windows did not hold noise out from the outdoor music all I heard was the bass.

Bathroom, one side of the shower is the toilet, the other the door stop which I scraped my foot on. Too close to the shower when stepping out.
Having to use the room key every time to get on the elevator. Then my wife cut her foot on the escalator trying to take our bags down because I turned the key in to get from the lobby floor down to the " other" elevator you have to use to get to the parking lot.

Guess they have satellite because it rained and the TV lost signal.
The room was extremely clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We had tickets to a baseball game and the location was perfect for walking to the ballpark!
The bathroom needed a little tlc from maintenance. I didn't notice until I had gotten out of the shower and looked in the mirror that there was a rubber seal hanging out of the light in the shower. It actually caught me off guard because the way it hung down made it look like a snake! By the time my husband got out of the shower it had completely fallen out and onto the floor. We picked it up and placed it on the back of the toilet for housekeeping to see.
Clean, quiet, in a great location.
I wish it was advertised somewhere that the swimming pool has been closed since COVID. We booked this hotel because - among other things - we were looking forward to go swimming with the kids. When we were unable to find the pool and presented to the front desk in our swim gear, we were told the pool was closed. Suffice it to say: the children were very disappointed.

Parking in basement garage was miserable and expensive! Elevators was difficult to use, no breakfast
The rooms and beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect. It was right near the Connector and was surprisingly quiet for being right on Fountain Square.
A few things were inaccessible or broken while we were there. The restaurant Ingredients didn't have coffee drinks, only brewed coffee, because of a broken machine, and was closed well before 1pm as we were told. And the lower level restrooms were locked after hours even though we had room keys and were customers of the bar.
