Stayed at this property twice at the end of 2025, and enjoyed both experiences. The hotel is right downtown so be prepared for the noise that comes with that. Close to transit for events at the arena. Friendly staff and quick check in. Both times got upgraded to a junior suite, with a balcony. The room was quite large, with a large attached bathroom. Lots of underground covered parking or valet, both of which I’ve used. Close to restaurants, with a keg and Starbucks attached. Great included breakfast for bonvoy members at their restaurant, although they appeared to have changed it from à la carte to a typical hotel buffet.
The pool area is recently renovated and is very nice, with a large sauna attached.

Room service is a total joke. Styrofoam containers? Ugh
Stayed here for one night before departing Calgary after our vacation. It is about 25 min to the airport. Lots of dining options near by. Starbucks in lobby and The Keg steakhouse which was fabulous for dinner! Had large adjoining rooms perfect for our family of 4. Clean and the perfect Westin beds never disappoint. Rooms did get kind of warm and thermostat does not go below 16 degrees but the room never cooled to that temp. Check in was easy. Hotel responded to message request for adjoining rooms. No club lounge. Plenty of water provided in room and mini fridge!
Fantastisk hotell med fremragende fasiliteter og enestående personalet som gir meget god personlig service. Flott bassengområde med sauna. Romslige rom, meget rene. Svært god frokost. Sentral beliggenget i downtown Calgary. Inngang til + 15 Skywalk fra hotellet som gjorde det enkelt å komme seg tørrskodd rundt i byen tross nedbør.
Ingenting kunne vært bedre. Vi måtte vente på frokosten da vi bestilte fra meny en morgen, men vi fikk vært god oppfølging og prisavslag da vi måtte vente.

Schönes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, sehr gutes Frühstück.
Aber das Beste war der Pool und die Sauna in der obersten Etage. Perfekt, wenn man Jetlag hat und schon gegen 06:00 Uhr schwimmen und saunieren möchte.

We had a junior suite at $1000.00 a night that met our needs but the hallways are shameful, what one would see in a 1-2 star hotel. The walls framing the elevators are disgusting and carpets old and dirty looking. A simple can of paint and upgrading carpets would make the world of difference. See pics attached

My room was connected to another room, and I could hear everything from the adjacent room, the other guest was talking loud at 12:00 am, ap I could not sleep.
